I haven’t had too many surgeries other than an appendectomy when I was 19 and I thank God for that.Fast forward almost 50 years, I was diagnosed with BPH which required a TURP procedure and I thank God for being referred to Dr. Mosheni.A doctor with a big grin and a bigger heart, good humor and most of all a skillful surgeon with so much humanity. I never realized so many men are inflicted with this BPH until I got ill and that the lineup for the corrective surgery is long.With my son’s wedding coming up in May of last year, the last thing I wanted was to have a catheter (though invisible) attached while giving speech and making toasts.Dr. Mosheni managed to schedule me in in April, day before my birthday (born again Jimmy when I woke up) so I could recover well enough for the wedding ceremony. He didn’t have to do that but he did and I appreciated that forever and a day.

Dr Moheseni may be a knowledgeable and good at his field, but my dad has a bad experience with him, he was his patient and satisfied with his diagnosis .One day he had awful pain which made him to go hospital Emerg , pain was not related to his prostate,.as he had prostate problem already ,hospital did all the test including prostate , which is normal. Finally they sent all the result to Dr Mohseni as well, which is obvious and normal in Canada , since he was his doctor should be aware of any medical situation and test .From that day Dr Never accept my dad as a patient. Even he asked the secretary please book an appointment I will explain why hospital took these test. She said in response Dr never wants to see you again.My dad had to change his doctor which he didBut, I believe this manner is not acceptable especially in Canada.What he had to do when he had that awful pain? Just be waited for Dr appointment ???

My family doctor booked appointment to this doctor and I am in pain I just called and simply asked to receptionist how long it will take for my appointment BEC I went to emergency family doctor as welI I am in pain but receptionist said I don’t know then I said I will go to emergency tomorrow she said She will cancel my appointment and she phoned my doctor and said she will cancel she did it I do not understand what type of authority she has to cancel appointment .I asked her name she refused it I recommend you guys don’t go their and Plzz complaint these type of people who does not customer service skills
