Overwhelmed! This is the way to do business. Receptionists are wonderfully kind and helpful. You are also able to enjoy single serve coffee on your left and cool fresh water on your right. Then things get even better you get honest good service from Remington. He goes out of his way and way over call of duty to make sure you and your ears are taken care of. He’s a young man who wears hearing aids himself. What a bonus his ability to relate is much better than a person who has no real idea of what it’s like. In closing I’ve dealt with this company almost 3 years and all my visits were done with a level of professionalism that’s very hard to find these days. Kudos to Remington and everyone at professional audiology for keeping my hearing in top working order! Highly recommended!!

Kathleen Jones and all the staff at Professional Audiology Clinic are wonderful. They are true to their name - professionals. Kathleen has been exceptionally considerate of my new experience wearing hearing aides (the fact that she is also a hearing aide wearer makes her very understanding of the issues).Being an independent provider means that they are not being dictated to by a large company. I highly recommend Kathleen as an audiologist.

I came to Professional to get some custom headphones as I am a music junkie, and other headphones did not fit in my ears properly. Very nice clinic with awesome people working there. Super knowledgeable and informative. Also, having used my custom Sennheiser ear bud headphones for about a month, I cannot recommend them enough. Being custom to your ear, they will never fall out (great for running), and the sound is amazing from classical to metal. Thanks Professional Audiology!

Kathleen has gone above and beyond to ensure the hearing aids I got worked well with my unique situation. They also have options available for financial assistance as hearing aids can be very expensive. It is a pleasure going to Professional Audiology. Kathleen and her team exemplify customer service. My best interests guide their decisions. Suggesting that I have a hearing test, upgrading my original hearing aid to a new model, and re-purposing the original model to use in my other ear has made a significant improvement in my hearing! I barely noticed that my hearing aids are in my ears. I highly recommend Professional Audiology.

I have only been using hearing aids for a little while.I am a singer and was having some really challenging issues with a warbling effect from the hearing aids I was using with another audiologist I was working with. Despite numerous attempts over a couple of months to fix the issue, even switching manufacturers and conversations with the company service reps my previous audiologist was not able to solve the problem. There were some days when I thought I might have to give up singing.Alex was able to work with the aids from the other supplier and on the second visit solved the problem.Professional Audiology Clinic has been very helpful, friendly and flexible in their treatment of me. Their pricing is reasonable as well.I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs help with their hearing, or hearing protection. (Actually already have!)

I have been a patient here since the clinic started, so at least 30 years! I have always appreciated the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the office and the improvements they continually seek to implement in the office. The reward programs are appreciated, (battery and filter programs).Thank you for always being there when I need you!

Kathleen has been treating my daughter for 8 years and I can't say enough about how amazing her and the entire staff are! Her knowledge base makes the experience of wearing aides so much easier and makes my daughter feel so comfortable.
