Awful. What a waste of money. We would try and book a week in advance and no tickets were available even though the ski hills were wide open. By the time we were able to use any of them the cost of tickets was cheaper than what we paid.

This organization needs to get with the times. It is unfortunate that they have as much influence over skiing in Canada. So much could be done but this group is uninspired and why do we settle for so little. The best example is the Toronto Ski and Snowboard Show. It costs $20 to go and the majority of the display booths are trying to sell last years inventory that did not sell. They are offering a discount but why would I pay $20 to buy last years stuff. There are a couple of vendors displaying new, ewool was there, cep compression socks, a company that has a bike for downhill but not much else... I was hoping to learn more about the many apps that have been developed, the advancement in skis from the brands that are not for sale in the usual ski stores. Even on the clothing side, racks and racks of last years stuff at a discount. This show does not even compare to shows in mid market US. They have tons of vendors showing the latest innovations - last US show I went to wasn't a rummage sale of last years unsold inventory" that this show is. Save your $20 and most of all your time - check out the ski shows in other markets

I've tried calling multiple times because your support staff in an email ghosted after a reply. You say you would LOVE to help" on your website but really

absolute scammers, their Canadian Lift Pass" is nothing more than 5 lift tickets for which you will overpay that doesn't work when you try to book for the resorts"

Contact page claims they'd LOVE to help but it's impossible to reach them! I've had an issue for over a month and am no longer getting any email responses from them. They take your money but then you can't even use the service!

Very poor communication. The program on paper sounds good" but what you must realize is that you are handing a 3rd party a few hundred or maybe a thousand or two for passes. Then you must deal with each individual hill who may or may not accept those passes. Add to this that during COVID we purchased passes in 2019-2020 season -- and due to all hills closing
