Pedi N Nails

Visited this salon today and saw Tracy. She did an excellent job on a dip powder nail and French tip. Tracy is very detailed and uses a gentle touch during the nail, construction. The salon is bright and very clean. I will return.

I just got home after my appointment and wanted to give a review about my experience today. For the record, I have been to this salon many times and this was my first negative experience, which is why I'm rating 3 stars instead of 1. I booked an appointment a week in advance for a Shellac manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but the polish is not good at a closer look.However, the manicure is the reason I'm leaving this review. First, the technician cut 2 of my cuticles as can be seen on the pinky and one beside it in the picture. Also, when she applied Shellac colour on 2 nails, I could tell immediately that it would not turn out good. It was very thick and the edges were not clean. There were also bubbles and parts poking through from not being filed smooth. The colour was a bit more peach than I thought it would be so I asked to change the colour, hoping the second time would apply better. After she did a couple nails with a different colour, again it was the same issues. I asked her to just remove it and I would just get the manicure without Shellac. This was apparently an issue because my appointment was for Shellac manicure"

We absolutely LOVE Pedi N Nails!! I bring my almost 93 year old mom Molly regularly! Emily is the BEST and takes care of us!!! I highly recommend going!!!

Really like this place, today I did my nail done in this location and I'm completely satisfy with the result, the staffs are very welcoming and friendly.

I went there yesterday to get my nails done.. i asked for acrylic, and it turned out sooo bad! Never going there!

Very upset. I specifically told them it’s my wedding I was there from 1pm to 3:35pm. My nails were filed uneven. The nail polish streaks showed and you can even see my thumb there was uneven polish. Very disappointing. I spent $105 and I had to go to another nail salon and pay another 60$ to redo my hands. Waste of time and money. Especially that I told them i need a clean job for my wedding. Never going back! However tina a girl that works there does a great job. Unfortunately I did not get her this time. I had two other ladies who did it and I was not satisfied at all.

I did my nails today. They are so friendly. My nails was beautiful I will be back.

My usual go to place for any mani/Pedi needs. They know their craft (and understand the difference between Shellac and gel, which is important to me). Not the cheapest, but still a decent price. Wide variety of colors (both pastels and bolds) and very friendly staff.

The thin girl with blonde and green hair who did my manicure was extremely unprofessional. Didn’t even care to listen to my request. My nail tips were horrible and even the nails size and shapes were different. On correcting her, she made sure she ignores. The to put the cherry on the cake, the base of nails was done so horribly that it does not feel like i get the bio nails done.

Love this place! A hidden gem in Thornhill. Customer service is 10/10 and it is very rare for nail experts to clean under the nail with the extensions (or atleast the ones I've been to), glad this place does it. Will be coming back!
