I started seeing Dr. Carole after years of discomfort in my neck upper back and lower back, this limited my movement, affected my energy levels and much more. After only a few treatments I am seeing some results! I’ve had more energy and certain tasks have become much more easy to accomplish, all thanks to taking the leap of faith and making my first appointment with this amazing team. The staff is so kind! The service is impeccable and your voice is heard! Overall, I would suggest them to everyone who has daily soreness and looking for some relief!

As is usual, I waited for my pain to go away on its own before seeking help. When it got to the point where it was almost too difficult to go up and down the stairs for fear of my legs collapsing I finally sought help from Dr. Ouellette. What a difference! Walking is now easier and the stairs are no longer a challenge! Regular adjustments are keeping me much more mobile than I thought possible.NC, Grand Falls

I must admit, my first time walking into my first chiro appointment went was a little nervous. Right off the bat the staff were very friendly and accommodating. In the past couple mounths of working with Dr Ouelette, my tendinitis (which I let go for a year and a half) has dramatically improved.Dr Ouelette is very professional and seems to genuinely care, and takes all the time needed to answer any questions you may have. 100% recommend!

Almost 4 years ago, I was in a motor vehicle accident. It left me with neck, shoulder and hip problems. My mobility and energy were greatly reduced. About 40% of daily activities were restricted. With Dr Ouellette's excellent care, implementing the services of her great team of RMT (Caryn) and Kineology (Brittany)...I am 99% improved. They all went above and beyond the call of duty! I no longer need pain pills, I sleep well and have lots of energy. Thanks to this team, I enjoy life to the fullest! Also, as soon as you walk in the door, you will be greeted by her receptionist, Mylene. She is a ray of sunshine everyday!

I went to Wellness Centre on 09 of March 2021 and forever thankful to Carole and all her great team. My neck and back were really in constant pain and affecting my body. Thanks to her and the team after 3 months of commitment, they brought be back to health 80%+ better. They are the best❤

At first, I started seeing Dr Ouellette for treatment of neck, shoulder, jaw and head area due to long hours spent at a computer for work. Now, I go regularly for maintenance and if I have a flare-up, Dr Ouellette and her team will do their best to accommodate me. As a brain tumor survivor, my surgery, over 20 years ago, left me with some considerable numbness to my face and head. I had muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders that wasn't going away with other treatments. On the recommendation of the massage therapist I tried chiropractic adjustments with Carol and within a few treatments I was feeling better and I was getting relief in other areas as well. I now know if I don't maintain my adjustments I will start to notice the effects and get painful areas again. My whole family has slowly been convinced of the benefits of regular chiropractic adjustments. We have been very happy with the services at Grand Falls Wellness.
