This is by far the best urgent care clinic in Brampton. The doctor is very knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to prescribe medication. I took my son to another clinic and the doctor didn’t prescribe anything and said everything was fine. I then took him here for a second opinion. The doctor gave medication the helped right away and he gave great advice on how to improve symptoms at home. Very friendly, kind and welcoming staff.

I have visited this clinic multiple times in the past 2 weeks and nobody ever told me to wear a mask and none of the other patients wore the mask either. Today( 10/25/2022) i went to for procedure and i was specifically told to wear a mask by receptionist while most of the other patients were not wearing mask. I don’t have covid-19 or related symptoms. I tried to tell her why others were not wearing masks but she didn’t listen. So I left without treatment. The other nurses and doctors always been nice and professional but this visit was disturbing

Went to clinic with a alberta heath card. Refused services without payment first. Absolutely ridiculous. My ontario girlfriend had been in alberta and went to multiple clinics and was never charged for her visits. This is absurd.

Ridiculous experienceMy child has cough like worse his chest hurt writhing in pain and doc prescribe a nasal spray and x-ray.

Staff is very friendly and organized. The clinic is professional, clean and modern. Most importantly, the doctors are professional and reliable.Really good clinic would highly recommend.

This clinic is still better than other walk-ins in town, but the two new Philipino receptionist are absolutely insensitive and don't know what they are doing,the little younger Philipino with blond hair has no regard to patients, she don't even know what she is talking on phone lol, I had to explain her one thing over and over four times by saying over and over and she keeps rushing answering something irrelevant and non specific to my query. The costumer service of these two Philippines ladies is absolutely 0. The philipino nurse has so much projectile behavior, acts so insecure and defensive, she just answered so rudely without even listening to the question, nursing requires patience and empathy ,you don't need to display your unhappiness to the patients. ( Who could be medical professionals just in case, may be more,observant,competent and knowledgeable about your behavioral misconduct) , she must know that this is not what nursing profession is ought to be. These three philipino need to be more culturally sensitive and understand that people are not coming there to blame them, it's their right to clarify and ask questions.May be go back to school again,need culturally trained,may be therapy lol? I hope management reads and listen to this response.I really like the behaviour and respected attitude of South Asian receptionist of mature age. She is very patient and takes her time to understands your questions.Although it gets very busy there at times, which is understandable .Even physicians at this place are very helpful and guide you according to your needs.Dr Makinde and Dr Syed both are very professional and empathetic, one of the still very good clinics in Brampton .

Fastest urgent care in Brampton, the front desk workers can be more polite and clear when speaking to clients, but other then that the doctors are thorough with examination and explanation. Then also check anything that you may have concerns about to best of their abilities. One doctor may not suit all. The pharmacy also attached to the clinic is also quick, and always giving great clear directions on how to use/handle the prescriptions.

Worst clinic ever... took me 1.5hr to get there just to hear that we stop talking patients no more capacity for the day" phone call ladies giving wrong information can walk in untill 4... need more trained and educated staff... dont know single damn rule of health care..."

Very nice Doctors, they answer all your questions and the best part is very less wait time

It’s strange that the clinic stopped taking patients an hour and 45 minutes before it actually closes. Yes, I understand that clinics close early if there’s an influx of patients but there really was just 4 people sitting there waiting.. I’m sure they could have taken more patients. It’s unfortunate especially since people are seeking help urgently and work different times of the day; I still came at a decent time yet they still refused to take me. So no, I don’t recommend this clinic.
