It took more than a month waiting for a response from my glasses, they do not contact you to tell you the status of your glasses and mention that the laboratory was late. He hoped at least the glasses don't have any problem otherwise it will be another wait of one more month.I clarify the staff is very friendly, the after sales service not so much.

I had a complete eye exam. Optometrist was impressive: extremely knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. My only concerns involve the Covid-19 precautions enforced during the exam process, which I worried might impact my evaluation...yet it didn't.Purchased two pairs of eyeglasses with the assistance of the stores sales associates, who were incredible! Impressive selection of eyewear. Will definitely be back.Shares building with SAQ, therefore not located in strip mall. Parking is plentiful.

Felt like I was in a factory. Did all the tests and got sent on my way. Never had time to ask any questions about why I needed a pair of glasses. When I said I had questions they just told me to go see the next person.

Customer service is not their strong suit, I've had relatives who had negative experiences at this Newlook and now I understand why they refuse to go back. I went for an eye exam, the staff were extremely cold and unfriendly.

Instead of finding a cheaper option, a Quebecoise woman basically asked us to leave… amazing customer service “not”. Shame on your company. SHAME!

The worst experience for my wife ever, and not because it is now post Covid, generally. What should have been a relatively easy eye exam, after my wife bought the most expensive titanium frame and prescription glasses 4 years ago, it was time for another exam turned into the worst nightmare possible.Their junior, inexperienced ( in their 20’s) optometrists managed to screw up three different exams by three different so called “ Doctors “ - which they are not, and to add insult to injury, when , after about two months plus, and many apologies by their “ senior “ management “ the third try of new lenses, another “ help” on the floor managed to break the expensive titanium frame while trying to put the wrong lens in on the wrong side!This resulted in totalembarrassment by New Look and the junior manager promptly asked my in tears wife if she wanted a refund for the lenses she never got, installed her old, to be changed lenses into a new metal frame, akin to the former, but hardly the same quality and happily paid her the monies back for the new lenses!No mention of the damaged titanium frame.Needless to say this is worthy of a report to the Quebec Order of Optometrists and have them deal with the unbelievable height of ignorance, lack of professionalism to say the least.

Went in to repair a broken wire on my Oakley frames. Was done quickly and my glasses were adjusted, feel better than new. Thanks to Marc and the team at this location.

I am very affortunated in finding this place. People are very friendly. I order a set of safety glasses and they are the best quality glasses I ever bought. Timing for my pick up?? they had it ready faster than I expected. I really recommend this place.
