AQUAFINITY WATER SYSTEMS

Contracted with Aquafinity for a whole home water treatment system as well as a Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water. Marco was prompt, professional, detailed written quote was sent same day, scheduling was done at our convenience. Daniel was the installer and was a great guy, professional and meticulous in his approach and quite thorough, explained the process and how it works. Tested the system thoroughly after installation showing me what did what, explained maintenance schedule etc… stay after hours to complete, cleaned up area, loaded his tools then checked the fridge water dispenser and review dirt use cycle with us. Marco came the following morning to make sure system was functioning as it should, provided further instruction on system and use. They are very professional and make you feel like you’re part of the Aquafinity family. Would highly recommend Aquafinity.

Had a very minor water leak with one of my filters under the sink. Not surprisingly Marco was exceptional throughout the process of getting it resolved and honoring his 1 yr warranty with great customer service. Every service provider can learn a thing or two from him.

Marco recommended the installation of a UV sterilizer and filtration system at our father's estate and his assistant, Dan completed the job. I subsequently ordered a comprehensive test of the well water for fuels and minerals but I needed Marco's help to understand the dense technical information in it.
