My hairstylist was Claudia . She was super nice and very hospitable. I am completely satisfied by her work. My hair looks amazing and fresh.

I made two appointments a month ahead of time for July, I was new to Timmins looking for someone to book with regularly. One appointment was for a trim, and the other was just to style my hair for a wedding. When I first called they booked me no problem, but I got a call back an hour later saying that the stylist booked wasn't actually available for my second appointment and I could book with their apprentice. I said cool, no problem. It's a Saturday, wedding season, I get it. So I go to my first appointment, get seated, and the entire time I am there she is talking to the stylist next to us and the gentlemen in her chair. I'm sitting there awkwardly feeling like I was eavesdropping in the conversation. Then when we get to the counter and I'm excitedly talking about our next appointment which was about a week or two away, and she was literally like, yeah... about that.. we can't let an apprentice do your hair alone, and there isn't anyone available to stay with her. I was confused, like we are about a week or so away. I just wanted a blowout, just a day to pamper myself, you know? So she's like, we will let you know by the end of the week. They didn't. I called on the Monday, canceled it myself because I found someone else. I'll never go there again.

Great establishment! The staff are super kind, very friendly, and helpful. They take on your hair very personally and don't stop until your happy and satisfied! They take great care of you and I absolutely recommend this place. They work wonders and will dedicate as much time as it takes. They make you feel welcome! The outside of the building may throw you off, but once you enter, it becomes one of the most beautiful salons I've seen! She's busy, and it's no surprise why. So if you're considering this place, book now!

Professional, clean, beautiful looking salon and very courteous staff. I felt safe and was greeted with kindness. An attentive hairdresser, convenience and being recommended by many people I know will keep me going back.

Had some dreads came in to see Loralee she was very accommodating and I got in pretty quick. Showed up and one of the great additions of this salon is that it’s also licensed so you can have a beer while you get your hair cut. She also does a great deal for men with a beer, beard trim and a hair cut for maybe 30$. Overall great place would highly recommend

I'm always beyond pleased with any work I have done here! My stylist, Jess, is always honest about what my hair is capable of and never leaves me with damaged hair just to get to a goal. We discuss what I'm looking for and how to get there, and my hair always looks incredible in the end. An amazing salon!

Absolutely terrible! Ashten is not very professional! Would have upwards of 4 clients at once with on proper place to sit. Had to sit in the waiting area to wait to be rinsed as she had more clients than seats. A root touch up took 4 hours! Absolutely ridiculous! By the end of it my hair ended up so damaged from leaving the chemicals on my hair for way too long. I’d rate 0 if it were an option

I took my daughters (5&7) in with me for the haircut. Jess gave them pretty braids after the trim and they felt so special. I also really like my haircut.

Loralee’s is a friendly place with a great atmosphere and wizards of hair! If you’re looking for a hair salon to call home, give them a shot! They also offer other services like hair removal.
