We are located next to Second Cup Coffee and in the same shopping plaza as Staples, Safeway and Michael’s. Easily accessible from 170 Street NW or 99th Ave NW and only a 6 minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking available! We’re a Canadian fast food restaurant chain, famous for our Japanese food which we cook fresh on our teppan grill with our signature teriyaki sauce. Edo's specialties include bento box meals, healthy noodle bowls, sushi (hand-rolled in-store daily), spring rolls, gyoza, miso soup and more! My husband and I have just discovered what a gem that Edo Japan is!! Our meals, whether we eat in or take it to go have been absolutely delicious. The food is always piping hot and the staff will always make sure you get the meal the way you want it. Our personal favorites ( to this point) is the teriaki shrimp meal and the teriaki chicken, with our sauce on the side....FABULOUS!!!

The staff on Sunday was visibly unhappy and unwilling to serve. It is not my problem she hate her job. It is unfortunate that the service of one staff can make such bad rep for whole store.

Ordered a beef and shrimp for takeout. Their service are very fast and staff are nice. It took roughly 5 min and my order was ready to go. Although their prices are pretty high for fast food, it was somewhat worth it. If you’re looking for a quick heavy meal during work time this is the place.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming and efficient. The restaurant was very clean hence the 4 rating, not 3. The food was average for a fast food establishment. The meal was cooked well. The broccoli was not overdone, however there wasn't much of it. I doubled up on the beef, it was chewy. This has nothing to do with the chef but the quality of meat they use. I do recommend paying the extra and doubling up on your protein.

Come here with my family quite frequently. They care about what they do. They may not always get the orders right, but they work to fix the issue right away, with a smile. Far better than other Edo's I've visited.

10/10 food and service. The ladies at the front are wonderful. I also notice every time very elderly people are leaving they always open the door for them. Best Edo in Edmonton
