Great family run business, friendly & do a great job!!

Very sloppy work he over books so he works so quick and dose not do a good job my nails are bumpy uneven paint all over non of them are the same shape paid a lot for my mother and I and was not worth it at all absolutely will not go back.

I went in because their website mentioned walk-in and asked if they had time for a nail fill. He asked to see my nails and said yes, have a seat, it'll be a 10 minute wait. 10 minute passes, he then motions for me to sit in the chair across from him. So he starts sanding my old polish off but then starts cutting my acrylic nails off. I was unsure at this point because my nails weren't that overgrown and the acrylic nails could've been left alone but there was no going back now. He then starts painfully digging up the acrylic left on all my nails. He then horribly cuts my natural nails leaving then jagged and uneven (to the point that I had to go out and purchase nail clippers to fix them). He quickly rubs cuticle oil on and says to wash my hands. I come back and he says that'll be $20. I was so shocked and horrified about the state of my nails I could do nothing but just pay him and leave. P S. I have to leave a 1 star to post but they don't even deserve that.

Took my Aunt for a special girls day out - very disappointing at Cali Nails - manicure and pedicure rushed right through - done in 40 min total - work was rushed and sloppy to be honest - no massage or pampering at all - - felt like an assembly line

Warning: Pay attention to what they are using for your nails. I went in for gel nails, and the nail tech used acrylic instead of gel. I was new to getting fake nails and they started breaking off after only two days. Went to another nail place to get my nails fixed and they asked what Cali Nails used to fill my nails. I said the powder that gets mixed with a liquid. She informed me that Cali Nails put acrylics on me then but charged me for gel nails which are more expensive. She then showed me the gel used for gel nails, and it really is a gel that goes right on - no mixing a powder and a liquid… just beware of the scam they are pulling on people who might not know better.

Got a shellac mani and a reg pedi and didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped .. didnt seperate my toes so she had to clean up around my nails so much ... Shellac nail polish on my skin and didnt clean it at all ... Very disappointed and definitely won't go back and will not recommend!

Extremely disappointed in the service here. They don’t care about your business at all. I have been coming every two weeks for the last 6 months (because my nails grow so fast taking prenatal vitamins) but they didn’t care to lose me as a customer today.I got a pedicure two weeks ago and the lady applied gel polish over top of my cuticle so the gel peeled off in two days. Today I went back and told them what happened and they didn’t care. The pedicure was awful. It was 20 minutes and she barely touched my feet at all. She applied a pea sized amount of product and slapped it on without looking and didn’t do any cuticle maintenance or work on the skin around my toe nails. Zero foot massage either. I told her I was disappointed after she was done and she ignored me.Then I had my gel nails filled and one of them was cracked off. I told them it needs to be replaced totally rather than just filed down. They said no. I explained that if any moisture gets under the nail it can cause fungus and infections and it can be dangerous (they obviously don’t know anything about nail health and safety) and I said I want it replaced. He flat out refused and proceeded to put glue on all the places my nails were lifting from last time and continued on applying the powder.When it came to pay I expressed again that I was disappointed over all. He asked me why again and I had to explain everything I had just told him for a second time. He shrugged his shoulders and told me the amount. I asked if that was full price. He said yes. I explained that I come every two weeks and he gets a lot of business from me and if he is going to charge me full price this time, I won’t be back. He said “that’s fine” and punched the total into the machine.I will be finding someone who cares about their quality of service to do my nails from now on.

Have been giving this place chance after chance .. booked an appointment and was there on time I'm guessing its Lana husband ..? Any way HAD A 1230 pm appointment took 15 mins for him to start my acrylic nails which were bumpy and crooked and only took 25 mins .. and another lady walked in said she also had a appointment at 1 pm so he decided to rush .. then blamed me saying it's my fault I was late which it had nothing to do with me ...any way wouldn't recommend... I ended up going to OS Nails and the lady thought I did my own nails .... not enough powder on the nail bed os nails tech 25 mins just to fix the shape ... and on top if that needed more powder so took 45 mins in total ... happy experience with os nails .... GOING TO CALI NAILS PLEASE BEWARE !

My first time at a salon .They did okay for the price . $50 because I wanted long nails. Got my sister in laws done there too. She liked hers. Staff was friendly. But they don't don't special designs. So that was unfortunate

I get a shellac pedicure at Cali Nails at least 5 times/year, and a French manicure at least twice/year, and have been for about 7 years now. I have always been happy with the experience and the results, which is why I always go back. They are kind and professional, and hands down the best pedicure I have ever had! My feet come out of the shop looking 20 years younger!
