Been going to Markham Vision for over 5 years. Always been good with service and accommodating including delivery of glasses/contacts when they couldn’t be picked up. Staff has changed but they are all friendly. Higher price range but never had issues after ordering. Small space, can get busy at times but they always make sure to acknowledge anyone coming in.

Amazing personalized service! The staff/owner are always there to provide solutions and they have an amazing selection of glasses. I personally had an issue with my glasses, my puppy chewed them, and they were quick to react to make my experience easy, convenient and affordable. She spent a significant amount of time helping me without becoming frustrated and continued to allow me to try on as many as I needed to make a decision.She was so helpful and patient. I ended up getting a wonderful deal for glasses for myself and my husband. If you were looking for an optometrist in Markham I highly recommend you go here. They have a huge selection of glasses/sunglasses and provide amazing customer service. Plus, they are conveniently located where there is a lot of parking.

Frank and the whole Markham East Vision Center team was an absolute dream to deal with! I have never had such a good experience with a vision center!
