I was very happy with the care we received from Sharesh. The delivery of the items we purchased were on time and for the most part, great. Though we could not be here to receive our appliances, we had a friend here. I did notice a scratch on one appliance, but as I was not here, I am okay with accepting it.

CAS has been great from the start. Our salesman Jeremy worked tirelessly on getting us what we wanted and he crushed his competitors on price. Their delivery service is top notch also. These guys came in, removed my door, got my new fridge in the house and put my door back up in what felt like 2 minutes. Fast but also super careful which is how all delivers should be. I ordered a fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer 3 months ahead of our move in date at our new house from Canadian Appliance at 442 Millen Road, Stoney Creek.Order number T2275084It was a night mare dealing with these guys, it was awesome at the beginning but after the paper work, they’re terrible.No one else can help you regarding your order other than your sales representative. We called this location every single day to get someone else to help us with our order because our sales rep was sick for a month or something. They all refused to help us and said wait for our sales Rep to get better. Terrible system.They also made a mistake with our washer, I specifically asked for one with an agitator. The delivery guys came and ripped the packaging off of the appliances without me checking them. Now I’m stuck with an open box washer trying to chase my rep and customer care.I told them that I’m not paying for 25% restocking fee as I DID NOT open the box, the delivery guys did. My rep couldn’t do anything as he said he’s not allowed to speak with customer care. I called customer care and explained what happened, they said another customer care will call me and stated high priority because it’s been a week and we need to wash our clothes. It’s been another week since I last spoke with them and still no follow up from.These guys are terrible, I ended up using the washer as we needed to wash our clothes. Nightmare dealing with these, no follow up, nothing, garbage system, wouldNot recommend this guys at all. Go to the big company stores, at least they have better customer service.

We had the best experience with Canadian Appliance Source Stoney Creek!! Kelly helped us find an incredible machine within our budget, and was so helping in navigating throughout the entire process, which was so important to us as we are inexperienced with all things appliances. I believe the gentlemen that delivered the machines were Giovanni and Chad (apologies if I caught one of the names wrong!) and they were also incredible! They made the most of a challenging delivery situation in an older building with no elevators, and were great sports the entire time. Truly couldn’t recommend this company enough!
