VanGo Shower Glass

VanGo glass installed a new shower enclosure for us recently. We are thrilled with the results. The process from quote to installation was simple and clear from start to finish. The waiting time was only 2 1/2 weeks from order to installation for us. Andrea in the office was extremely helpful and Murray the installer, is highly skilled and a total professional. I would not hesitate to recommend VanGo glass.

We recently renovated two bathrooms and has new glass installed by Murray and his team at VanGo. The first bathroom we had a serenity slider installed and the second bathroom was more complicated with a pony wall. Both glass installations were excellent, great quality and look beautiful. The website is easy to use, the team is easy to work with and set up appointments. Very smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend using them if you want a high quality glass shower.

We reno'd one of our bathrooms for a steam shower.I emailed Andrea for a quote about a month in advance.When the tiling was done I emailed again to let them know we were ready to measure.The next day, Murray calls me to see if he could pop over THAT DAY!He and his assistant spent about a half hour taking the measurements, asked a couple of questions, and away they go.A friend of a friend had to wait months for their shower glass so I asked about the time frame. I was told around 3 weeks. Wow.But it wasn't 3 weeks. 15 days later, Murray calls again saying the glass is ready, and if anyone was home they could do the install that day.We've dealt with a number of trades people over the years, painters, plumbers, electricians, drywallers. Some have been good, some not so much.No-one has even been close to VanGo!The initial quote is what the final bill was. It was much faster than we expected. It was totally pain-free.And the glass isn't good...ITS PERFECT.Thanks Murray & Andrea

While searching for a shower glass company, it was starting to look like there was not many companies that focus mainly on shower doors/glass installs. That's why we feel so grateful to find VanGo Glass. Murray came over promptly/on time and measured our walk-in shower's floor to ceiling glass panel with his lasers, and he was so pleasant and professional to deal with. He gave us his expert opinion on the wall and ceiling brackets needed to secure the panel safely, the difference of using Ultraclear low-iron glass plus how the Diamon-fusion coating worked, and then Andrea sent us a vey detailed quote the next morning. Murray and Andrea both worked with us to make sure that we would be able to get installed what we wanted, without any hint of pressure or up-selling from them. We placed our order and deposit and just 2 short weeks later, Murray and his helper arrived with everything needed to install our large panel, plus an Ultraclear glass shelf for our niche, and the install went super smoothly. We ended up choosing both the Ultraclear low-iron glass plus the Diamon-fusion coating and Wow, does the finished job look excellent! We have gotten many compliments from our family and other tradespeople about how great the clear shower panel looks. We were so happy with the whole VanGo Glass project that we decided to get Murray to also measure for the main bathroom hinged door glass project for our 2nd reno also [separate review to follow].

A five-star experience from beginning to end!Having been chased away from our bathroom fixtures supplier's glass people by high pressure sales tactics, less than satisfactory product options and outrageous prices, we were absolutely delighted to be introduced to VanGo by friends whose renovated bathroom/shower was elevated to excellence by Andrea and Murray's expertise. We got to see their handiwork even before we talked to them in person, and were impressed.We were further impressed when we asked for a quote over the phone based on our own measurements, and we weren't pressured or upsold in any way. We appreciated the honest answers to specific questions in both the quote and onsite measurement stages. It is often hard to find companies who practice honesty and integrity in their business. VanGo is a family-run business who embrace it!Our own completed bathroom reno, with new shower glass supplied by VanGo, is SO NICE. The glass is so pristine that we use a squeegee to clean it after every shower and it remains clear and beautiful. No spots allowed!While normal delivery time would have been two weeks, due to the universal shortage of glass during the pandemic there was a two-week delay on glass delivery, for which VanGo was not at fault. Still, they were right on schedule with the estimated delivery and installation was immediate.(People--please be kind to your trades during these difficult days. Everybody is trying their level best to get you what you need. Be patient.)If you need glass for any project in your home, you need VanGo !

Just finished a major bathroom renovation, topped off with a shower shield installation by VanGo. It was like icing on the cake as Murray and his team were ready to (Van) go on 24 hours notice. They came in at the early stages to consult and take measurements, went away and fabricated the glass and were on scene the moment we were ready. Thanks VanGo
