TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

tried to send a wire transfer, had to wait half an hour and did not happen because the attendant seemed new and undertrained. Manager and other attendees did not show much interest in helping with my transaction. had to leave due to running late. That was my only day off and now I have to wait till next week. Completely unacceptable

Need your money, they don't have it. You work hard for it, that's your problem. Not theirs. Now pay all your service charges on time or there will be a problem for you.

I am not one to write reviews but it was necessary in this case. I am a long time customer of TD and have never had an issue with any branch or teller. Upon our first time at this branch we experienced the absolute worst. We tried opening a join bank account a few months back and we were told they cannot do this (?????). Recently, we had a teller who made a huge mistake on our accounts and put a hold on our chequing account for no reason. We had to go back to the branch and needed to wait for over 30 minutes until someone was available. This is on a Thursday afternoon. When we finally dealt with the mistake I requested the name of the individual who preformed the mistake. The manager claimed they cannot provide it because of privacy. Absolutely ridiculous considering that they wear their name tags on them and serve the public. I called the complaint department and found the name of the Individual (MARY). This branch makes mistakes, lies, and has no customer service skills to resolve issues. SAVE YOURSELF THE PEACE OF MIND AND AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS.

Wow, I read most of the reviews and lets face it. NOT GOOD. We have been a long customer to TD and I have a few problems I would like resolved. I am thinking of trying another Bank like the Royal. I do not need headaches. Sounds like the Manager or staff need retraining.

I went to this branch one of the supervisor (indian aunty) she is really rude I don’t know her name. She is really bad customer service.

Even if only a few people in line you have to wait half an hour to be seen someone. Mortgage broker was unprofessional and didn’t even respond to emails. Overall, a garbage branch.

Worst td branch I have used, disorganized and wastes hours of your time in appointments just to call you back in because they constantly forget something . I have been with TD 2 decades and this branch has single handedly made me want to leave TD

I have been a customer for over 20 years, have never had an NSF cheque. I go to deposit a cheque (less than $5,000) from my husband and they tell me that they have to put a hold on it. I asked that he speak with his manager and ask if it could be waived as I need the funds right away, they refuse to help me, despite that fact that I have never deposited or written an NSF cheque the entire time I have been a customer!

Went in today for a scheduled appointment, had a great experience with Rebecca! Thank you once again TD for the wonderful service.

Booked an appointment for 10 am to sign FOUR papers with my grandmother for her account. Got there early at 9:30 to make sure we weren't late. Accountant didn't start doing anything for us until 10:13. On top of that it for whatever reason took an hour and a half to sign four pieces of paper that could have taken five minutes. I missed my important 11:30 bus because Cathy took so long doing her job. Staff might be nice but I value not wasting my time more.
