Absolutely speechless, a billion dollar company that charges for milk, liquid sugar, and what else? Borderline laughable how the manager advises the customers on this new “milk charge”. Made me feel like I’m an idiot for not knowing this ONE SPECIFIC location charges you for oxygen. To the man in the SM hospital Starbucks this morning I hope you have a great day unlike how you made my morning.

I’d give a review but Starbucks refuses to accept cash as a form of payment. I’m a loyal Starbucks customer but prefer to use cash. I will not be coming back. Please change your policies at he corporate level.

Starbucks being a brand is expensive. A small mocha with slight whip cream costs approx Rs 220. Ambience is good. Chairs could have been made more comfortable from seating perspective

In the area for a conference, visited this location three times during the weekend. The coffee is really below the par.... the staff is not the most helpful which is fine to me.... but the coffee is really out of taste

Incredibly rude management.Also this location is known to be one of the least supportive in terms of community outreach, especially for the hospital despite being connected to it. If you can, please take the 50m walk to a Starbucks literally anywhere else in the area.

Credit where credit is due! I think the place had a change in management, so things have gotten better. The staff are nicer and the coffee is better. Still not great, but better than at the time of my previous post...If i could give 0 stars, i would. I've been there a handful of times, and my drinks were always borderline undrinkable. Today though, my flat white tasted like it had a spoonfull of salt in it. I don't know why, but this place justhas horrible coffee...

My secret fave of all the many Starbucks in this fair city. Why? It's in a bright, high-ceilinged lobby. The hours are business-week, open til 6 on weekdays and not at all on the weekends, which gives the baristas a regular life (I would guess). It's technically part of St Michael's Hospital, which offers free Wi-Fi. And the clientele ranges from surgeons in scrubs and EMTS on break, to interns on best behaviour at interviews, to patients stuck all over with ports and IVs passing time between medical tests.The coffee and the snacks are exactly the same as any S'bux anywhere. But the chill, airy ambience of this particular cafe made this longtime hospital patient feel very much at home. Fully wheelchair accessible.

Starbucks is just great. They came to the outdoor patio with a tray randomly offering cups of ice water. Very nice touch.
