Had a malfunctioning product that they have a return policy with and after manager argued with me for 10 minutes about why they wouldn’t exchange it.. I said I wouldn’t shop there anymore and he just handed me my stuff back. Been shopping there for 2 months straight. Wont be going back here. Recommend UEM, always a good experience with them.

I wish these idiots would stop asking me for id every god damn time im in there. I'm 33 years old for Christs sakes! They never id me at all at any of the dispensary's i been to. had better prices, better product and uncapped edibles too! legal weed is a joke!

Double charged me for a 1G vape & wouldn't refund me. Even though I called the customer service beforehand & was told to they could do it for me in the store. Wasted my time & ripped me off. Service was great until now. Done

Cheap prices at any government dispensary is driving the quality down hard, cheap prices only means lower quality. $110 oz super dry and old. Have tried 3 different strains and im not happy at all. Ive even tried the stuff for $200 a oz and its still low mid grade. As a connoisseur ill pass on the mass grown low quality weed.

The staff here is always friendly andreally helpful. This store has a pretty good selection.I've tried a couple private cannabis stores and two other BC Cannabis locations, while nothing wrong with the other stores, I do prefer this store it has a nice positive vibe to it and always get greeted as soon as I enter the store.

Not dog friendly, will not be coming back. UEM is close enough and they will let me in with my dog instead of insisting the dog stays in the car on a day that is 25 degrees out.
