Family ordered appliances in August 2022. September and October pass, no appliances delivered. Call to check up on them, no order for one of the appliances is found. But the other has been sitting in the warehouse in Victoria since mid September. Beginning of November rolls around, call again asking forthe appliances, to be told the dishwasher I wanted was no longer available, but that they would give me another one for the same price. Okay, that's fine. A week or so later they are finally delivered. Fridge gets brought inside and old one packed away, great, no problem! Well, I've paid for dishwasher installation, but a ticketed plumber has to do it. Sure, understandable. Lowes tells me they will contact the plumber and set everything up. A week later it's absolutely passing rain, and no call from a plumber. I call the plumber myself, and he had no idea!!! So now my brand new dishwasher is sitting outside in the rain and the plumber can't come for another week! Never, ever, ever again.

I went to home Depot to buy a lightbulb and I couldn't find any help for like 30 minutes.I got so frustrated I left.My father-in-law recommended Lowe's home improvement. The moment I walked in I got help right away. I tried a few more times and I got the same help everytime.I can't believe I didn't know about this amazing place.You have a customer for life.Thank you.

Had everything I needed and the customer service was very good. Thanks again Lowes. And a heads up for anyone in the parking if you meet this driver. Moving at high speed, just missed a pedestrian, jumped the curb so hard his van jumped a foot off the ground, then a point to point timed distance showed speed approx 65 kph.

For the 3rd time in a row I left Lows without items I needed for a project, I was either ignored, or told they don't have what I'm looking for, and sent to a competitor. Likely will not return.The woman at the paint counter was not only useless but extremely rude.

My brother and I have been coming to this location for all of our business needs.Kwai is a phenomenal employee and is a big reason why we continue to use Lowe’s almost exclusively for our business needs.

I had a good experience at Lowe’s when I went to buy a few cabinets. I was able to get help in a reasonable amount of time, the cabinets were in stock, and they were well priced for what they were.

Wonderful experience!!Staff members were so helpful to find few items I bought. Special thanks to Rick and Lori ❤️. Both of them spent their valuable time and shared exact information about those products which I asked. Would love to visit again!!

Rose is good. Checking out some furniture pillows. A good selection but a little pricey this year

I had a range of levels of service today from Langford Store staff, who I approached for assistance with finding the items I was looking for. Overall though, it was good... especially with one of the fellows at the contractors desk... even though I'm not a contractor.2022-12-21 UPDATE: I needed to purchase steel flatbar and angle iron... so I did some comparison shopping. HomeDepot had the best pricing with decent selection. Lowes had the best selection but pricing was just a bit higher than HomeDepot. CanadianTire had the least amount of selection and the highest prices.
