Went into the store for an Apple Watch, wasn’t sure about the differences between the models. I was helped by a girl named Jenn who did a great job taking time to explain it to me what was what. It’s been a great watch and I’ll be back again, the other staff seemed really friendly from what I could tell. I only wish there was maybe some extra computer gear they carried so I could make them my main tech space, it’s been hard to find one around the area since moving here.

I came in for a headset the other day and was helped by a woman named Jenn. While I was there we found out I was paying a lot for my phone plan and we got me on a better one. I didn’t realize they had changed so much so I’ve got a much better price now. The rest of the staff who was there were really friendly too. I think his name was Bob and I think it was the manager. I didn’t interact much with him. I’m glad they helped me get my phone info on the new one because I don’t think I would have figured it out myself. Would recommend anyone who needs things in that branch too there. I hope they know all their floor people are great. Oh and I did get the headphones.

Went to source on Black Friday to upgrade my phone and Bobby was a great help. He had amazing customer service. Was easy to talk to and informative. Definitely made me want to go back for any future purchases needed!

I have only had great experiences here. Bobby. Victoria and Brent have all helped me at one time or another, and every time i leave, I am satisfied and happier then i was when i first got there (broken phone ). I love our local store

This place has never failed Me. Located in the Oromocto Mall which gets one star because they took the friendly, family atmosphere out when they went to a strip mall.

Bobby, was so much help. 10/10 for you.My grandmother has been having issues with a Lucky SIM card and several phones since Oct. 15 th 2022.All we wanted for her was a phone for 911, as she fell outside alone this summer.Bobby, had everything fixed and cleared up in 45 mins.My grandmother was learning how to use her phone by 7:30 that night and was able to put three contacts in the phone.Bobby, I can’t thank you enough for all your help and of course the input of the other two staff members there.Oromocto Source is the best.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They worked hard to assist me with my needs. Everyone worked as a team and were extremely enthusiastic, smiling and laughing while working.I've been to this location before and each time I leave satisfied.

Went to the Oromocto Mall location when it was time to get a new laptop and it was a pleasant time! Jenn was very helpful and took the time to make sure the laptop I was getting would fit my needs. It was clear she actually cared about the experience rather than simply treating me as another sale like some people would.

Excellent experience, workers were helpful and very friendly. If they didn't know something out of hand, they quickly got hold of the people who did. Most people recommend stupid stuff that the customer gave no indication at all that they would want/need. For once I actually wanted to listen to the workers expertise and recommendations. Whole reason why I came in. 10/10 service, would do it again.
