Great friendly staff always helpful and they have good advice. Pleasure to deal with them. I have been with this company for 12 years.

I had a flat which was worryingly close to the tire shoulder and I know it could not be plugged. After putting on the donut, I took it into Tirecraft right at opening and the expert behind the counter (I mean that in all seriousness, 30+ years in the business) informed me that they would dismount the tire and evaluate it. In a jiffy they confirmed that a patch should hold, and while my daughter was busy coloring in their well stocked kids area, the tire was patched, installed on the vehicle, and the spare tidily put back in the trunk. Amazing service with knowledgeable folks. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing service or tires.

As I was visiting some extended in-laws in your beautiful country over the summer, I broke down outside of St. Jacob’s. Phone was dead, and it wasn’t looking good. Joel happened along and pulled over too see if I needed help. I described the situation and he was able to diagnose it just off that! he gave me a ride home since I was on his way and didn’t want me sitting alone on the side of the road with a dead phone and no way to contact my in-laws. I got his info so I could thank him and send him some candy from the states he’s never tried. Since then. I’ve sent him just a few terrible pictures of my engine or a description of what’s happening. He has been spot on every single time. He saved me a $3k repair a shop insisted was the issue. I asked Joel, he said there’s no way take it to another place. I did, and he was right again! He’s my main mechanic and has never officially worked on my vehicles! The fact he can diagnose my issues off a description and an occasional often terrible photo is astounding. If you’re local and can have his expertise and experience take advantage! Whatever he gets paid is not enough!! He went above and beyond for my tourist self, and I am forever grateful!

The staff there is fantastic. Super quick service, always friendly and great pricing. We store 3 cars worth of tires (year round summer/winter swap), and last year we did 4 full sets of brakes (4 vehicles). This will be the only place we use. We’ve been using them for about 2 years. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Shop and service was exceptional. What more can I say, Shop was clean, techs were super informative ans helpful. Came in with questions, looking for information and before I knew it my car was inspected then fed back options on fixes and future unnecessary repairs. Shop manager Andrea was on top of everything, helped me out and had me feeling comfortable. Definitely knows how to run a Shop and take care of a costumer. Huge recommendations.

Very professional over the phone. Was willing to squeeze me in for a tire swap if I left my car, but unfortunately I was too busy to be able to do that. Was still able to pick up my tires on the day I requested and all the staff were very nice and friendly.

Absolutely amazing experience, after being told by another tire shop that my tire was unrepairable. Tirecraft Waterloo took the time to inspect my tires only to find out that it was possible. They had me on the road in no time.Also while I waited I requested a quote for new tires which came in at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this place
