It's been so long since I have had the energy that I have now. Tim is an amazing trainer and and amazing person, not only does he push you and motivates you he also has fun doing it and I haven't seen a lot of personal trainers who have been that involved. Group sessions and 1 on 1 sessions whatever you want to work on he will help you get stronger in that. Thank you Tim I appreciate the help, motivation and the time you put in to make myself better.

My 14 yr old daughter has been training with Tim for almost a year. In that year we have seen the biggest change in her, She was always shy and a little nervous. After a short period of time she has this new confidence about her, She is a little more out going and looks forward to her twice a week training lesson. Tim has a way about him that has always makes her feel better about herself all well being active and pushing her to do better. Tim is kind, caring, silly and we appreciate everything he does for our daughter.

Not only is Tim a great trainer, but he also understands the struggles of mental health. He motivates me to keep going even when I don't think I can do anymore , and he does this in a way that is fun and encouraging. Would highly recommend!!

If you’re looking to get fit and have fun doing it, then you’re in the right place. Lots of fun and non judgemental. Great for new to getting fit or experienced people too. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!
