Called asking if i could get a VHF programmed last minute two days before a hunting trip and the staff were able to easily accommodate at the end of the day after i got off work. Ended up buying an antenna, mount and cable while i was their to finish my install. Staff are super friendly and personable, definitely coming back for my communication needs.
