Pardons Canada staff were respectful, considerate and very competent. It is such a relief to have the burden of my record lifted from my reputation and I am so grateful for it. Personally I recommend anyone looking to be pardoned to apply at Pardons Canada. The only setback that I found with the process was the price as it is expensive and I feel a deterrent to those with a limited income. It was cheaper in the the past before the Tories changed the price. Thanks again to Pardons Canada.

After dealing wth this company and now being told by the US government I DO NOT NEED A WAVIER.. I’m pretty upset i wasted money and trusted what they told me.. not very happy.Was told on the phone that this a great learning opportunity for both me and the company.. not exactly what I wanted to hear..I would recommend EVERYONE. Gets ahold of US customs and Border and ask them questions on wether or not a WAVIER IS NEED FOR YOU SITUATION.

Before you start this you should know you will be hit with further charges totaling hundreds of dollars. If you can't afford the extra too bad, they would be happy to sit on the file for another fee. The total for me now is over $2000. (Edit: now over $3000) I don't know if this is typical of these kinds of places but this has gotten way out of hand. Today they just sent another notice they want yet even more money. Think carefully about starting this plan unless you are ready to fork over hundreds or thousands more than they tell you about and be prepared to wait at least a year and a half.

I began my application in January of 2019. When speaking with a representative she answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I received regular emails with clear details and detailed instructions. As well with texts. It's always immediate and straightforward. I have also used the phone method. The agents are always friendly and answer all my questions. I recommend this service and look forward to a successful outcome!

Pardon Applications of Canada completed my first U.S. Waiver in 2017 and now I’ve returned for its renewal. Because I had a previous Waiver they upgraded my file to Priority status at no cost which was appreciated. I’ve been satisfied with the communication, updates and process.
