We had a wonderful experience working Alex who helped us buy our first home in Calgary. As an out of town buyer coming from Toronto we had a recommendation by our GTA realtor to use Alex Hripko, we were glad we did. Alex was quick with responding to our emails, gave us the important information about Calgary real estate market and the overall purchasing process. We flew to Calgary one weekend in spring, Alex showed us 20 different houses over Friday to Sunday. She is extremely knowledgable pointing out potential issues and nicety with each property that we saw. This put my mind and decision making at ease. So we put in our offers the following Monday and secured our dream home. Over the summer Alex provided us with lawyer and inspection recommendation as well as facilitating inspector/appraiser entry, all while we were in Toronto. We closed on the house without a hitch and we’ve been loving our home for the last few months.
