Jenna from Up North Events was truly the perfect sidekick! The week of my wedding, she toured our venue and texted me pictures, saying how gorgeous the space was and how excited she was to help us decorate for our big day! She truly felt more like a best friend than a vendor. She was extremely professional and an excellent communicator! She was very detail-oriented, managed her time well, and handled everything to a T. Jenna took all of my decorating stress away; she saw our vision and implemented it perfectly-- I trusted her 100%! I do not know what I would have done without Jenna on our team! Jenna is absolutely amazing! We are from the Chicagoland area and decided to have our wedding in Charlevoix. Not being familiar with the area or vendors definitely could be a challenge. However, we had Jenna! She was always available to answer any and every question we had. Our wedding turned out beautiful and I could not have done it without Jenna on our side! She’s a true talent.

Jenna and her team are an absolute joy to work with! Jenna handled coordination and consulting for our wedding this year, and I can honestly say things went off without a hitch. Everything our wedding day ran so smoothly and I attribute so much of that to Jenna! She made sure everything was on time and as the bride, I felt like I was able to be a guest at my own wedding. It was truly magical. Not only is she incredibly organized but she will ensure that everything has a Plan A, Plan B, and even a Plan C. She was also one of the easiest, kindest, most caring people we worked with and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. It was such a comfort leading up to the wedding and on the day of knowing that she had everything under control and my husband and I could just relax and enjoy. Jenna was absolutely amazing! About two months before our wedding we decided to reschedule our Chicago wedding (where we live) to Bellaire, MI (at a family home) due to coronavirus. We were stressed about switching our plans so close to the wedding date, especially to an area where we knew very little about the local vendors. From our initial call, it was clear Jenna was the woman for the job. She was able to fit her services to our needs and budget and found several vendors that were still available on short notice AND within our budget. She responded quickly to our questions, provided updates during her search, and gave detailed overviews on the vendors to help us choose our best fit. We would have been lost without Jenna's help. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jenna made our wedding day a dream! As a type-A person, I never would I have imagined my big day to be relaxed, but it was just that. She set everything up for us, and ensured everything went smoothly. We had a few hiccups with the wind and other things (as any wedding does), and she handled it all! My dad was even impressed, and raved about her the days after our wedding.You will not regret choosing to work with Jenna. She is experienced, kind and professional. She even gifted us with a bottle of wine and a polaroid photo of us the day after. The little things she did made us feel so special and that she genuinely cared about us.
