I had extreme anxiety when studying for tests and writing tests. I also had major anxiety and worry throughout my daily routine. After hypnosis, I am way less anxious, and I’ve noticed that I go through my day without worrying as much. I know how to combat my worrying throughout the day now. I also wrote my University finals without anxiety and felt very calm. I am so thankful for having had the chance for hypnosis. It made a difference and changed my life for the better. A feeling of peace has been an added benefit.

My son is a goalie who developed anxiety prior to important games and started to lose his confidence. He loves playing hockey at an elite level but there is a lot of pressure and expectations placed on competitive athletes. We found out about Edmonton Hypnosis Solutions and started sessions with Ricky. After only one session we had already started seeing a decrease in his anxiety. He was able to play in the moment without overthinking and bring his focus back to the game. His anxiety during games has decreased and he has been having great success and playing with confidence.
