I recently had an experience with Best Brand Appliance and I would like to share my thoughts and concerns regarding the sales sales experience and service and the company's actions. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing, and I feel it is important to highlight these issues to help other potential customers make informed decisions.1. failure to Honor the Contract:One of the significant problems I encountered was that the company did not fulfill their contractual obligations. They made a promise to provide a specific item for free, but despite waiting patiently for the last six months, I have yet to receive it. This lack of follow-through and failure to deliver on their commitment is highly frustrating and unprofessional.2. Misleading and False Advertising:Furthermore, I must address the issue of misleading and false advertising associated with the product they recommended. The company's marketing materials or promotional campaigns created unrealistic expectations regarding the product's capabilities or features. However, upon using the product, it became evident that these claims were greatly exaggerated, if not entirely untrue. This deceptive advertising misled consumers, including myself, into purchasing a product that did not live up to its advertised claims.I believe it is crucial for companies to be transparent and truthful in their advertising efforts. When false expectations are created, it leads to disappointment and a loss of trust in the brand.Overall, my experience with Best Brand Appliance has been disappointing. The failure to honor the contract and the misleading advertising practices have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer. I hope that by sharing my experience, other potential buyers will be cautious and fully aware of these issues before making their purchasing decisions.It is my sincere hope that the company will address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Customers should feel valued and have their expectations met when engaging with a company and purchasing their products.

Was remodeling the kitchen at my house. Contacted many appliance stores and landed with Best Brand Appliance. Jeff Sananes was a super star in helping me source the appliances. He's very knowledgeable and provides very valuable information. Also, the prices were amazing. Thank you!

Rude and arrogant customer service.One does not have to purchase something to receive rude and arrogant customer service. I was in your store for several minutes before even being acknowledged. I would educate your sales personal how to be more approachable because even your seasoned" representatives can learn some manners."

Had a very good experience with best brand appliance. Daisy is very professional, we didn’t receive our appliances from Miele after 5 months and Daisy helped us to communicate with them and Miele delivered our appliances much earlier than we expected.

We bought a Miele steam oven here and has a very good experience. Special thanks to my helpful Rep, Daisy. She is providing excellent customer service, very responsive and knowledgable, even go above and beyond to help us moving the product to the car.

Best Brand Appliance has good prices, and the sales process was relatively straightforward. However, after purchasing our appliances, our salesperson did not respond to our questions and we would often have to message them multiple times.The delivery company they used also damaged our stairs when delivering the appliances. Best Brand Appliances said they would look into the situation, but after months of waiting, we have heard nothing from them at all.

Superior experience with BBA, and Cara specifically. Looking for a high end dishwasher amidst the current shortages is definitely difficult. Cara had clear advice, worked hard to figure out what might work for us, looked into potential floor models to replace our current one. Ultimately, we ended up ordering a new (very) high end as it balanced shipping time with the features we were looking for. Cara did all of the legwork and presented options, and made sure it was convenient for me by taking care of all of the admin offline AND giving advice on how to get it delivered ASAP. Really appreciated, and distinctive relative to calls I had with other dealers.

We purchased 5 (high end) appliances two years ago. Sales process was relatively easy, but the experience since has been terrible. There have been issues with 3 appliances (2 of which broke down completely) and each time the customer service here has been terrible. They don’t respond when manufacturers request information related to warranty, they don’t return emails/calls and basically treat you as if your business is not important once the sale is complete.I would not recommend this store unless you want endless frustration.

Love my experience at Best Brand , Alan was very professional and knowledgeable. We just had our appliances installed and we’re so pleased.Thank you again Alan we love the panel concept you recommended.
