Dr. Johnson is wonderful. Caring, thorough and kind. Her receptionist is also wonderful, I have never had an issue. Sometimes I have to wait for her to answer the phone but it is usually less than 10 minutes and usually only on Monday mornings. Nurse Jackie is also fantastic. Super kind and helpful.I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. It is a great team and I feel lucky to have found her and been her patient for the past 2 years.

The office is unprofessional and chaotic. The reception consistently changes appointments, the doctor misses appointments all of the time and both point the finger at one another. They were open today, Friday for example, and no one is answering the phones. It has steadily gone downhill over the last three years.

Dr. Khatami and his staff are the best team around. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment and they go above and beyond in terms of bedside manner. I am so grateful that my family is part of this practice - he's by far the most diligent, exceptionally professional, not to mention kindest, doctor I've ever met. His receptionist and nurse are also amazing and so nice to interact with. Thank you ❤

I absolutely love Dr.Johnson. She is extremely down to earth, very easy to talk to, and very thorough. I am so lucky this lovely lady took me on as her patient. My husband got in with her as well and he was also very impressed. I feel very lucky to have her as my primary physician. I have never had an issue with reception either. I have never felt more comfortable at a clinic. Her team of nurses are great too.

Dr. Johnson is amazing, but the new procedures you have to deal with to get to her makes it impossible to see her. The receptionist procedures need to be re-examined. It is difficult to get an appointment and I fail to understand why the receptionist has to ask you what is your problem and decides how urgent you need to see the doctor.

The receptionist (for Dr. Johnson) is absolutely terrible. She doesn’t listen, and doesn’t understand the need for her to be competent at her job. Expect to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes before speaking to anyone most times you call in, and if you do speak to anyone you can count on her getting the information confused.Update: receptionist has been replaced, but still very difficult to book appointments with. DR Johnson is a great doctor though, well worth the struggle you face on the phone and at reception.

I've only had great experiences with Dr Sandu; she listens to me & tries to find the cause instead of being quick to prescribe medication to cover up symptoms. I always feel comfortable sharing my concerns with her with no fear of judgement

This place awful to get hold of trying to call for my mother inlaw phone 3 x on phone total of 1 hr and never got through. How do you say our call is important but take forever to answer. My doctor you can least leave a message .

Receptionist should be fired- just waited on hold for over 30 minutes to be hung up on. I'm simply trying to book an appointment- now I'm 20 minutes into my second call. Very unprofessional.
