Reviews are bad for a reason. The staff here especially one particular rude lady doesn't know how to speak to customers respectfully. Shame on you. I didn't get her name but she had a very nasty attitude, made us feel unwelcomed.. i stop trying on jackets and went to mountain warehouse instead.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My 5 stars goes to Julia ! What a great experience, so friendly and great service.My parents are going to Vietnam this December and I wanted these 2in1 travel pillows for the both of them. I went to the Vaughan mills location first because it’s closer to home, which is an OUTLET location, and unfortunately I could only find one. Julia was the employee that cashed me out and set up a new account with Eddie Bauer.The next day I thought I would try a different location because what daughter only gets one parent a neck pillow and not the other. I dropped by Fairview mall and what a coincidence to meet Julia there ! I was able to grab another travel pillow at a great price.The outlet store will give you plastic shopping bags and the regular store will have the paper Eddie Bauer bags. Outlet will have more sale and clearance items as well.Other than that, the store is organized and stocked well. Definitely recommend Julia if you have any questions about products ! She knows her stuff !

This has always been my favourite mall for holiday shopping but it’s always a mad, mad mess with long queues in every store. This Saturday though, was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had, outlet shopping! The prices and range of sizes were great and a big shout out to Liam who was there to help me find all the gear I needed for an upcoming hike! I was just going in for a backpack but left with clothes and gear as well! I’m sending all my friends to this store for sure!

Zero stars if i could. Nasty lady was very rude telling my 3 year old to stop screaming. Hes 3, she has no idea his background or what kind of issues he may have. I would suggest teaching your staff these sensitive issues because you don't know what type of person you may be dealing with. Unbelievable. We told her she was rude and she turned away like a nasty person. These kind of people should work in a factory never dealing with different types of people daily. Shame on you. Educate yourself

Very unpleasant experience with the cashiers st this location. While one of them spent 30 min with one customer, the other one was extremely slow, cashing 6 customers, which were in line. When I ad my turn, the cashier dropped one of my t-shirts on the floor, and instead of apologizing, he called me rude that I called it out. Dear store manager, please train your staff. This happened Sunday, March 26, around 5:30 PM. I am a very disappointed Eddie Bauer long time customer.

Called the store, looking for what might be the very last of a particular Large Tall fleece that was sold out everywhere else. Was hoping to get it on hold before driving 2+ hrs to buy it. The staffer, Julia, found the garment, offered to mail it to my home, completed the transaction in just a few minutes, AMAZING SERVICE. It made my day. Can't say enough good things.

Liam was super helpful; he shared that a quick way to check your paint size was to measure the pants with your neck size (no kidding); saved me tons of time!

Never disappoints.. the online store has many offers but this outlet stores also has a lot of collection that is not online at cheaper price !!! the issues is the size availability !! hard to find a helping person in the store to ask questions if it’s a weekend !!  by far the best winter jackets – light weight and very comfortable ! sometimes models are a little pricy but worth it !!

I absolutely enjoy shopping at this location. They always have great deals. The staff is very helpful and the active outdoor wear is such good quality. This is my go to store for my hiking and casual everyday, at home gear.
