She has done a great job on permanent eyeliner, removing a freckle that looks like I have an ink blotch on my cheek, and a number of other treatments that I will continue to go back for. Kristie is a doll and goes the extra mile to make you feel extra comfortable. I had started tattoo removal before I left Vernon and after a couple of bad experiences with other places I decided it was worth it to drive from Salmo back to Vernon to continue, that's how good Kristie And the staff at Enhance are! Best place in town!

I have been going to Kristie Moore for the past 12 years. I find her to be an amazing persons and business woman. She is a very very sweet person that cares deeply for people. She has always been so kind and caring to me. She always explains everything she is going to do before she does it and her work is outstanding. She and all of her staff have treated me with kindness and respect. Kristie not only works on what ever treatments she is doing for you she also tells you about all the new things coming out, good supplements that can be taken, skin care ideas she is well read and makes it her business to study thoroughly everything she talks about. Her equipment is top of the line and her studio is emasculate! I would recommend her to anyone I knew that wanted permanent make up or any other treatment she does.

I live in Calgary but come to Enhance Studios in Vernon for my permanent makeup. First time was 7 years ago and had great success with excellent treatment and service. Thus returning for continued service and was not disappointed! Thank you for your professionalism, customer service and kindness.

I have been so impressed with the professional approach this Spa takes . The results of my treatments have been outstanding. I highly recommend this spa to everyone... Kristie Moore is excellent.

Where do I begin? With my unfortunate eyebrows or the terrible customer service? I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kristie at Enhance Studio whom I initially enjoyed. I wanted a darker brown but she pushed me towards a taupe colour saying that in her experience it would be dark enough and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, even after reiterating at my touch up that they were not yet dark enough, she failed to provide the colour and shape I had described for her. Now 7 months later my brows look like they hardly have been done at all. They should last for up to 5 years, so to be drawing them on again within a month is very disappointing. I finally went in to see Kristie expecting that she would be happy to help me get the result I wanted. She was - if I paid again. After spending $400 I am appalled that she would even consider asking for more money. She quickly became defensive and rude and insinuated that it's my own fault if I don't like them and took no sort of responsibility. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Enhance Studio.

I love enhance studio what more can I say. I moved from Calgary and really struggled with finding a new studio in what i considered a small town after Calgary. Well say no more... I had my first consultation with Kristy that I believed to be the owner. She could not have been more professional! I With some trepidation, booked my first treatment of laser. and hoped for the best... So glad i did and now would not consider going anywhere else. I have since had several treatments at Enhance Studio. The last procedure was permanent eyeliner. My first application had faded quite quickly as I had a severe headache from this procedure and with that lots of teary eye watering. When I shared this with Kristy she knew exactly what could have caused this issue. She asked if i had any alcohol the night before or any spicy foods? Yes to both those questions. She recommended I return for a touch up. Of coarse I was hesitant but as I trusted her and love the look I already had with the eyeliner so I booked my next touch up appointment. We made sure to avoid alcohol and no spice. Sure enough the touch up went well, No pain and beautiful permanent eye liner!! It looks fantastic and all done for a very reasonable cost. I will not look else where when the service here is this caring! Vernon we are lucky to have this studio!

I have been a client of Enhance Studio since it's inception. Kristie and her staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. I am told I look years younger than my actual age. ( a lady never tells ) And a miraculous 13.5 inches slimmer in a few short months! I am known to be a doubting Debbie"

I went to that place for a few things usually the Dr. and Kristy did minor skin treatments. She told me she was certified with CO2 treatments (which I've only had done by Dr's or registered nurses) and she performed them several times. I told her I did need a stronger treatment to see results but I didn't realize she didn't take that with her own discrepancy. Her post treatment care was a joke. It was a few instructions written on a piece of paper that even I knew better than to follow. She told me to spray hydrogen peroxide on my face the day after treatment which I thought was strange but she assured me it was to make sure no infection occurs so I did. It burned my face so bad that skin started to peel off. I immediately contacted her and her phone line and internet were cut. Finally when she got back to me she said that was all normal! THAT'S NOT NORMAL AT ALL! Blisters the size of me cheeks started to form all over my face so I also contacted her to ask if I should be concerned or if permanent damage will be done and her response was..go do yoga or meditate and calm down and stop worrying/stressing yourself out! This was over a year ago and I'm still fixing the damage to my face. I went in today and was told I have permanent damage to the pigmentation of my skin that is usually caused by blisters! I have never since been back and would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She needs to focus less on her conspiracy theories she spits out to patients and go get proper training on how to handle people's skin. I honestly have no idea how she's still open! If I could give her negative stars I would!
