Sunglass Hut

Service is extreme poor. I was in there with full intentions to purchase at least 2 pairs of sunglasses. I tried many on for maybe 10 minutes wanting to get some assistance but the employee stayed behind her counter the whole time and did not even say hi so I walked out. It wasn’t even busy. I was in there by myself for most of the time and about 6 other people came and went and she still didn’t acknowledge anyone.

Keira was very helpful and will be back! Found a pair wasn't sure asked if they came with a different colour lens, and she said let me look. Offered to have them shipped and explained how long. She even offered to hold the pair I had tried on. Online order came in earlier then expected.. Overall a great experience...

The service was great and exceeded my expectations. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and honed in on the type of glasses that would suit my needs by asking only a few questions. Great selection as well!

I bought a pair of Ray-bin sunglasses from this store. At the beginning, everything went well. The clerk was patient and helpful. By the way, his name is Raphael. Then, I just paid for it and talked with my friends. So I didn’t not notice they put a pair of sunglasses which was showpiece into my package. Although the price label was removed, but those lens were super dirty and frame has a light scratches on one side. That makes me really disappointed, so I gonna do the exchange.

Bought a pair of Aviator a month ago at this location, but the nose pads were sliding. So we came on a Weds afternoon to have the nose tips adjusted. The store was empty and there was only one store associate.We asked the associate if she could adjust the nose pads for us. She did it reluctantly without any tools/microfibre cloth , and used her bare hands to bend the whole frame aggressively. The frame is now twisted and my sunglasses is damaged. Very unprofessional.

Extremely poor and terrible customer service by the woman working there wearing a necklace with the letter C. She’s rude and confrontational with customers. SUPER passive aggressive. Also kept making weird faces and acting like she’s too good for the job. If you hate your job, quit.

I am a customer and I get great service from all staff. Repairs are done on the spot. I think highly of the staff. Polite and professional all the time. I am thanking them for their selection and styles. Keep up the great work ladies and gents!!.

Terrible experience! I was very disappointed when my Favourite Prada sunglasses lenses started peeling!I have never had this issue with any of my sunglasses. I took my glasses back to this location where I had purchased them a little over 2 years ago.The salesperson states that there is nothing she can do about it and my best bet would be to call customer service. So I did. Customer service transferred me to Luxottica. After countless emails, Luxottica basically said that there is nothing they can do about it.What’s frustrating is that I have paid over $600 for this pair. I was more than happy to pay for the replacement lenses. However, they basically told me to purchase a new pair.Not very happy with the service I received nor the lack of extended warranty on their glasses.Not sure if I would ever purchase another pair of glasses from Sunglasses Hut!

The customer service is extremely poor , the person at the counter was very unhelpful, making and receiving her unrelated phone calls and keeping customers waiting . The sunglasses cases were all damaged and when I asked her for an undamaged one politely she brought a few out which were all damaged. There were abusive people there as well complaining that they’d been waiting and wanting me to just finish shopping and leave . I don’t recommend anyone to shop there . Worst shopping experience ever .
