Suzy has definitely done it! I have had my fair share of doughnuts including one of my faves (Crave out of Oshawa), Suzy Q absolutely nails it!Every doughnut is nice and elastic/chewy without being too much. The toppings, glazes, and fillings are the perfect level of sweetness without being overly sweet!Personal faves include the orange/cranberry fritter that is perfect for tearing apart, the wundercrunch, lamington that has a raspberry jam filling topped with coconut shavings, and the Nanaimo had some really good cream filling!Now to wait for them to make their way to Toronto :)

Very friendly And helpful staff. Donuts are always so delicious and you can taste that they are homemade. Would recommend purchasing the Happy Birthday donuts.Would be nice if they had new donuts more often.

NEVER disappointed when I come here, no matter the time, the donuts are ALWAYS fresh, and they’re always making more. The price is very good for the quality. They have different flavours for everyone to enjoy, and some vegan options for those who are looking for that.

The customer service I received this morning was horrible , how simple 6 donuts buy turned into an argument. I had to explain myself as why I want different donuts and not the same kind. I shouldn't have to provide a justification. SuzyQ , I know you can do better , please do better. I was almost ready to return the donuts and walk away.

Good doughnuts. Love the consistency of the dough as well as the flavors. I like a soft chewy dough and the maple glaze and bacon were really good as well, bacon was not too crispy or dry. So will definitely try it again.

SuzyQ has hands down, THE best donuts in town!Are they pricier than most? Probably. HOWEVER they are worth every penny. They are larger than any donut I've seen out there and they are light and fluffy- not cake based. They offer a plethora of flavours that rotate seasonally and yet still keep their basics all year round. They have a wonderful assortment for vegans that non vegans wouldn't even know the difference. Truly AMAZING.If I had to make a complaint it would be that they simply aren't open 24 hours! It would also be nice to see an outdoor seating area however I understand due to the location not possible..PS: whoever gave it a 1 ⭐️ review- I have no words… other than you are way wrong!PPS: I think I was still on a lime Marguerita donut high when I copied my previous review- oopsy, and nice reply!

Location is a pick up window with a select menu. Features vegan option which is great for those with dietary restrictions. Flavors are always good.

Quick order at the window and friendly service. Good selection for every taste but not everything you see online. There was a lineup to order but plenty of parking.
