Tried to return broken ear cuff after 2 months and with bank statement which they said they could accept. Staff were nice initially but after I requested the replacement they became extremely rude and dismissive. Refused at first but after staying in store and being persistent they finally gave me a replacement. She didn’t even look me in the eye or tell me I would be getting the replacement, I was just waiting at the desk until I was finally handed the new cuff.Product looks nice but is terrible quality. Very disappointing.*Edit after reply: I wholeheartedly disagree with your recollection of the situation.

I echo the other reviews about the jewelry quality. I bought a pair of stud earrings and they don't fit into my piercings. I can get it to go if I'm super careful and force it, but it's not exactly a painless process after minutes of trying to get earrings to fit. I guess the gold plating makes it thicker than your average earring, which is something I've never encountered before.I think it's a cute store and I do like the range of minimalist jewelry, but definitely avoid the earrings. Not worth it.

I love this store! The jewelry is beautiful. They have original piece of gold and silver pieces of jewelry. I purchased a small, plain, silver medallion and was able to choose a personal design to have etched into it. The etching was done on the spot. I choose a silver chain.My mom loves it!I have also found some fun sterling silver rings, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. The customer service is fantastic!Staff are friendly and professional.

Walked into the store and was looking at many items, obviously trying different chains while the 2 girls stood at the counter. I was looking for a rose gold chain I walked up and asked if they had a chain also in rose gold and all I got was a “no”. So after having to ask questions I was told there was one chain. Fine. I went to the counter to buy my items and heard a lady come in to say she was missing an item in her pouch and the one girl picked up a piece of paper like I guess she was looking for it but offered to solution . The lady said she bought it all to be a set so had to repurchase the item . The processed my purchase fast just wanted my money it seemed . I was almost given the wrong chain so glad I questioned it . So I got home and finally went to try my earrings on and there was no backs for my earrings !! What earrings come with no backs !! Maybe to them my purchase of over $120 wasn’t enough but if I were the owners I would make sure I had more helpful staff it goes a very long way !! I will not be back to this location , I will drive to Guelph from Kitchener where I have had a much better experience.
