Very unprofessional service and eligale contract be very aware and don’t give them a chance kick them to the curb never gona hire them again. More damage cause than services

They may be a decent place to buy pool supplies but not very reliable for getting services done. Tried many times to get them to change a pool liner where they came to measure (twice) over the last year or so.. When they finally gave a quote we were ready to commit (even put a deposit) but they don’t return calls or emails and just gave a run-around for scheduling. Odd way of doing business. We’ve been pretty patient since it wasn’t urgent. Let’s just say we’re not impressed and have been very disappointed. We’ll get it done by somebody else.

All people and businesses are adapting to a new way of doing things.They have figured out their way of adapting, the staff take extra care to make sure it is a safe visit, and you still can have a full shopping experience. They adapted so well in fact that I think they have improved their service overall and should continue with their new way of operating going forward after the pandemic is more under control.Having an autoimmune disease I have not felt safe in most places for months, this was the first store I was not riddled with anxiety visiting.And they know their stuff, which is also good.

The team, from the store staff to their labour team, is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.We have been using their services for pool start/close up, water balancing, chemical supplies, equipment purchase and new pool purchase and install.Cannot recommend them more! Local service and amazing customer service.

Fantastic family run business. I cannot praise them enough for coming to the house, spending time explaining everything I need to know as a new pool owner. Taught me how to do what I need so that I could be self sufficient. I had an excellent experience in the store as well. No question was too much for them. Step by step instructions and assistance.

Great and timely service. Charles came at short notice to look at the hot tub and provided spot on advise to get it repaired and running again at minimum cost. We did the prep work, he replaced the defective parts, and now the hot tub is running again for minimum cost. Thank you!

Great place to go for all your pool supplies! Friendly and willing to take the time to explain thouroghly what is wrong with your pool and what it needs to get it up and going again. We go there for all our pool needs :)

Excellent service. Always have the answers you are looking for. And if not they will find it and let you know as soon as they have the information. I don't anywhere else for my pool needs.

Would not recommend this place at all. Seems they just want to sell you stuff and don’t listen to your problems.I just moved into my house and had them open my pool because I had no knowledge of the pool or the chlorinator system. I figured it would be best to have “experts” come in and they could then give me more information. They told me they would find out if my chlorinator was working properly and get back to me. This never happened and I ended up putting chemicals in the pool for no reason based on what they recommended when I went in store. Found out later based on my own research that the chlorinator was broken. Still trying to figure wrap my head around why I paid $200+ for someone to spend 15-20 minutes connecting hoses. Clearly they don’t care about their customers.Instead go to Piscines AquaTech Pools. The people their are very informative and make sure they fully understand your issue before recommending products.
