A quick Google search shows that this address is the same as the Staples store so I went in there & voila. Customer service was excellent. They help you from start to finish, even taping up your boxes.

FedEx has a service called delivery manager which failed me twice in a row!!Your package will get stuck and you will NOT receive any update anymore.You have to call their service and get things fixed. Even after that, it is NOT fixed.My overnight delivery became a nightmare delivery.Fedex has defective tools that do not work.

The worst service received, and the staff here dont give you proper information. I had paid extra for the delivery to be done 2 days in advance . And the delivery did not happen. Tried to reach the support team and they did not respond.Did not expect this type of service from an international brand.
