It's a shame that their receptionists are so unhelpful and seem to hate their jobs so much. I arrived one minute past 4pm (Sunday closing time) after calling 15 minutes ahead to let them know that I'd be possibly late and that all I needed to do was drop off a cheque. All three receptionists were still working at the front desk, but dismissively refused to so much as give me a second glance. I understand that nobody likes working late on a Sunday, but when it comes to inches and miles, a company in such a customer-centric business really aught to understand the value of having front-line employees that won't send word of mouth business to anyone but them.

Agent J.W. booked a viewing and did not show up. Did not bother to cancel the viewing either. Very unprofessional.
