My experience with RQ Training Nutrition has been wonderful. Rhyland is a very knowledgeable professional who cares to help everyone. He encourages you to be a better version of yourself and coaches you to stop yo-yo dieting and find a manageable sustainable healthy lifestyle that is well suited for you. He is reliable, punctual and organized. He is kind and patient but keeps you responsible. Great experience! I highly recommend Rhyland and RQ Training Nutrition.

Detailed work out and meal plans that are easy to follow. Video's for every workout provided along with great video's on nutrition and how it works and how to get it to work for you and your lifestyle. Ryhland is also easy to get a hold if/when you need any questions answered. If you are looking to get in shape while getting better habits in your life definitely recommend RQ Training.

Rhyland has been awesome! Super knowledgeable guy and definitely knows what he’s doing. He has adjusted his program to fit my lifestyle and nutrition goals and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone out there looking to bulk up, slim down, or just feel better in your body. Not only does he focus on fitness/nutrition goals but he also touches on mental goals and how the mind plays a role on your body.

Rhyland is an amazing trainer! He works hard to tailor his program to the client’s level, assists in setting realistic goals and when met makes getting to the next level achievable. More importantly I found his knowledge to be incredible. No matter the issue I have whether it is working through injuries or nutrition base he is able to provide an answer and assist. Would recommend to anyone!

Rhyland‘s created very detailed workout plans for me that suit my fitness goals perfectly and allow me to stay active and motivated while exercising at home. I found it very challenging to consistently work out early on in the pandemic, but the plans he’s provided have been a life saver and something I look forward to while I continue to work from home.

I was working too hard trying to lose weight before I met Rhyland. I’d get up early in the morning to workout, run 3 miles, and train boxing at night.My diet consisted of one big meal a day, skipping my breakfast and dinner. This definitely made me lose weight but it forsure wasn’t health. I’d feel tired through the day, weak during sparring, and have sleepless nights. I thought the price I had to pay to reach my fitness goals comes at this cost. With Rhyland’s program and counselling, it was custom fit to my lifestyle. I keep eating the foods I love, worked out less, and rested better at night. It was easy to be kept accountable working with him. He is a professional at what he does and continuously honing his skills. End of losing 25lbs with his training and winning my boxing match.TDLR: Rhyland knows what he’s doing!
