Farhi Windsor City Parking Garage

All day means 24 hours or at least until midnight. The day doesn’t end at 6pm, even if you park before then. The c*** on the phone said we should learn to read. Whomever made the sign should understand the English language better and the people running the phones should remember they’re running a business. The sign says if you park before 6pm it’s $12 max for the day, so there is no circumstance where you should be paying more than $12, according to your own signage. They charged the “all day” rate for the less than 90 minutes we parked from 4:45 until 6pm. Then they continued to charge another $6 for the less than 40 minutes we were there after 6. Not only are they crooks they also have no sense of customer service.

Not a secure location. Precise Parklink manages their monthly permits and have the worst worst customer service on the phone. Rude people

Really rude security guards. So insanely disrespectful and act like they’re above you— I literally got yelled at for doing nothing. Never visiting again

This parking garage is private not Windsor city , website linked on Google link to city $1.5 per hour rate BUT here private company Precision Parklink charge $2 for each 30 minutes . Park on city owned road side meters and city is free after 6 PM so no Need to pay them extra bucks"

Watch when you walk down the stairs, you are liable to get aids

Park anywhere but here. 2 bucks for a half hour its a ripoff

$8.00 flat rate for the day, 6am to 6pm, $6.00 flat rate for 6pm to 6am. We parked for 3 hours starting at 5:30........ and had to pay $10?!? And the couple beside us were charged $14!!!!! This place is a rip off and will never use this parking lot ever again!!!If I could give this place 0 stars I would have!I am also glad that I had the car and didn’t take the truck as this parking garage has very tiny parking spots and very narrow to navigate through.
