BIG FAN of this Global Pet Foods location. I live in Kanata and I drive out of my way to go to this store. The staff are honestly next level, go above and beyond to help.I purchased my first cat a year ago and it has been a nightmare to get his food diet sorted. Sarah, Chantal and the other Sarah lol are an absolute delight to deal with! I tend to hover in the aisle a little more than I should and the level of patience the staff have is incredible. Finally found a diet that works with Mr. Bigglesworth (the cat) and I wholeheartedly owe so much to the staff and product in this store.Beyond welcoming pet store, highly recommend to any dog and cat owners, give it a shot! Also, if they don't carry the product you're looking for, the staff is more than prepared to find you the product and cheapest price.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite staff. It was my first time there, and I had a lot of questions around dog food. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and, maybe more importantly, unbiased. They did not push any particular brand/type, or even for me to buy there. I did, and will certainly be back.

Owner has decided not to uphold discounts to seniors or military. It's the only global pet foods I've ever been to that doesn't offer it. They rarely keep more than 1 box of each type of raw food which means more trips out or buying different boxes which don't count towards your free meal aggregate. I'd recommend any other global pet foods location over this one.

The last two times have been not so good. The worker was rude. They were passive aggressive the first time. Though, I will say that I have encountered some nice workers in the past. The place has good selection. I just don't want to be sassed anymore.

Great selection of everything you might need for your dog. The staff are also lovely, well-informed and helpful. Highly recommend.

We get our Orijen dog food as well as a steady supply of dog treats. Pricing is good and they almost always have the items in stock. We have purchased a few harness here also that are still in use today. Well worth the trip.

Mostly for dogs (I have a cat) poorly organized and lame. The phase 3 of the pandemic is over and everyone else is opened but they still operate on a curbside pickup only" manner because they are renovating. Almost 2 years of shutdown wasn't enough time to renovate I guess. The employees come out with a paper notebook ☺️ to take your order. The shopping experience is terrible. Asked one employee that was serving another customer a question about a product:" we carry the Royal Canin brand. Let me ask the other employee the help you with your purchase." The other employee: "Royal Canin cans? we only have the solid food in the bags". Terrible place

Excellent customer service and great staff. Our senior girl loved it there and loved to visit often. Thanks for making her feel special.

I recently moved to Stittsville and have been very happy with the service at this location. Every time I've been there, the employees have been friendly, going out of their way to help and I've experienced fantastic customer service... until my most recent visit today. CHANTALE was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She even went out of her way to insult myself and my mother who is a senior! I have never experienced a lack of customer service and most importantly, a lack of respect, as I have encountered today. Something must be done about this, as unfortunately 1 person can change the credibility of a location. I will be contacting management to discuss what happened today, as this interaction was absolutely shocking.
