came here to do my consultation back in Nov and just did LASIK at their Toronto location yesterday!! the people who work here are professional, humble, and super diligent in what they do. i would easily recommend Bochner to anyone as the price is more than fair too. :)

Came here during January 20th for a consultation. Kristen was beyond helpful in explaining to me my both my options and also running tests to see if I was good fit for lasik. She explained to me all the details I should know before, during, and after my surgery. She followed up by email afterwards to confirm if I had any other questions and was super accomplished in helping me book my surgery and changing the surgery dates. Honestly super good customer service received. I have my surgery next week and excited to finally able to see without glasses.

I decided to have my eye surgery here. The waiting time is long. I booked an appointment for June, but then figured out that I have to change it. I emailed the Institute in mid January and have been waiting since for any information about my options. I followed up a week ago - still nothing. I also called today - no one answered or called me back.Not the best customer service. I am wondering what chance do I have to contact the Institute when something goes wrong after my surgery.
