Served by Judy. She was wonderful and gave me a warm welcome. Everything was delicious and tasty. The lobby was cleaned. Nice visit.

Went to eat inside around 630 pm. Food was accurate and fries were fresh. Service was very slow (but friendly!) Which meant that our sandwiches all sat out for several minutes before we received them. It was steady but there was only one cashier and there definitely needed to be a second person there.

Friendly staff. Kitchen and Service was a bit slow. Food was fresh. Dining area was clean. Drink machines with many mix options and flavours available. Free WiFi. Washrooms need cleaning.

Dined In. Stood in line for 15 min waiting for service. Line up of customers was almost to the double doors with one cashier taking orders. Male staff member with a toque was eating fries off the counter, handled money without washing hand and put his thumbs in the poutine he was packaging. Floor where staff was, was littered with fries, brown bags, oil spills and a broom. Never go there again.

They messed up my order twice and their manager admitted that burger buns frequently fall into the cheese sauce vat. The staff are generally friendly but the manager I dealt with was horrible. The attached photo is of the bag soaked in sauce.

Was here for breakfast this morning at 6:50; posted hours say they open at 6:30. Only reason I come here is because my daughter likes their seasoned potatoes and wanted to get her a treat. Guess the entire shift slept in this morning, off to A&W we go instead, at least they show up for their scheduled shifts

At the time of my visit they were understaffed… waited 10 minutes to place an order as the gorl was trying to fill orders. Additionally garbages were overflowing… floors needed sweeping.
