I had a walk in appointment.For a chest X-ray.. Very quick, in and out within twenty five minutes. Very busy location. As they have many other services. Life lab is directly beside them. I like the way it set up.

These are the best part about the X-ray Lab of MyHealth Centre:1. They open until 8pm2. They accept walk-insWe went there after 5pm and needed an urgent X-ray done and we were surprised that they took us in! The staff are very friendly and helpful and we only waited for about 15 mins to get the x-ray done! Very professional and efficient!

The girl who did my ultrasound was very gentle and very kind. She shared in the excitement about seeing our baby and it was overall a great experience. I won't be going anywhere else!

Friendly receptionists and good customer service, however, 2 of the 3 times I did a prenatal ultrasound I get a rude and unfriendly technicians which makes the experience a whole lot more stressful than it already is.But the manager of the center was very kind to call, understand and apologize for the situation and made sure that on my next appointment I had a much better experience.

I went in on Tuesday noon, the place was packed, but the staff were cheerful, courteous and friendly. I was told to come back in the afternoon for an X-ray. Didn’t realize my doctor also asked for a bone density scan, the staff was very helpful and immediately arranged for an appointment the following Saturday. Highly recommended!

The gentleman that performed my ultrasound was very personable, friendly, accommodating, and thorough to the point that I have a great deal of confidence in the success of the check-up he was performing. Although it was busy when I arrived, I had an appt and was dealt with promptly. Waited for about 3 minutes then was taken by the technician for my appointment. It was all completed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Very comfortable and easy.

Everyone from the front desk to the ultrasound technician, was extremely friendly, caring, kind, and professional. I had an exceptional experience during my prenatal ultrasound with Technician, Eloise. The babes was not cooperating in my tummy and we needed to wait for him/her to turn around. Eloise took her time and chatted with me and was able to do the complete check. I will definitely be returning to this location for future appointments.

What an amazing experience, I've never been treated so well by a medical professional. I have to regularly get ultrasounds, and this is the first time where they consistently asked for consent, and ensured I felt safe and comfortable. The empathy they showed was truely appreciated.
