I've always been a home depot guy, but am starting to go to Lowes more often. Staff are always available, and seem more knowledgeable. Friendly too, at least at this location. Love this store. Keep doing what you're doing.

Great selection. Need to accept tap payment at checkout considering I did not have my credit card with me and have it linked to my phone. Had to put back the few items I needed to complete a project and go over to There competitor who accepts tap payment.

The stores was highly disorganized. No cashiers in site. The only thing available was self checkout. Which I’m not a fan of. Especially when I wanted a breaker I had to go hunting for someone to help me, since all the breakers are in a cage near the registers. Then the breaker which I can purchase online or at a local electrical wholesaler was double the price of what I typically purchase. I am a contractor and very aware of pricing. Drill bits, saw blades, screws, breakers, wire and many other products. Are priced ridiculously high a quick scan of google for manufacture and product allowed me to see that this is not the place to come for a good deal.

Bought a dryer, fast delivery, salesman was an awesome guy.The 1 star is for the delivery company.They scuffed the dryer, dented the side, bent one of the foot pegs so I can't adjust it, and they didn't level the dryer.I called the store who again were great and very helpful, awesome communication, but the delivery company has still not gotten ahold of me. It's been 2 weeks since delivery.EDIT: I also bought a Samsung washer when we first moved into the house, I just realized it was from the Provincial Rd Lowe's, and they didn't level the unit either.EDIT 2: never heard back from Lowe's or installation guys.Also bought windows, over $8,000 for 5 windows and 2 tiny ones for basement. Horrible job, supposed to be ready to paint, pre primed etc. Large gaps, mitres coming apart, no shims used etc. Left a black hand print 15 feet up that I can't get off.

Ordered wood and Trex for a deck to be delivered. The wood that was chosen for this order by their own associates was absolute trash. Should have been discarded as waste product by Lowes before it ever reached the customer. Broken pieces, split pieces, warped. Oh but the Trex that they delivered and obviously did not inspect was crushed on one end and warped. Why bother even being in business Lowes? You are horrible. Go literally anywhere else go all of your home needs. Lowes/Rona should close their doors permanently.

I would give Lowe’s— the company— 5 stars, but this location is so unspeakably bad I had to give it 1 star. In fact, they don’t even deserve this 1 star. If I had a nickel for every time an employee used the excuse, “we’re changing over the system”, I’d have enough money to buy the can of paint I can never get mixed at the paint counter where there is never anyone there to mix it. If I lived in a tent in front of this Lowe’s, I would still walk to the Lowe’s on Walker Rd. because of how bad this Lowe’s is.

Had an interaction with a store employee today that refused to honor the scanner price accuracy code of which Lowe's is now a member of due to being purchased by Rona. She also refused to apply our VIP discount to an item she had to manually reduce due to a scanning error.This employee was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. It took a significant amount of time to get help at the self check out and we didn't have the time to continue to argue about Rona's policies.The store was clean, and other employees were quite helpful and friendly. However it only takes one employee to make the experience negative.

DO NOT GET YOUR DUCT CLEANING DONE BY LOWE'S. They subcontract their work from Toronto, only one technician shows up, and most importantly your ducts don't get cleaned. Photos below are what was left when the job was complete." We had to hire another company to come in and actually clean our ducts. Lowe's cleaning services has a list of 30 steps on their site that the technician is supposed to do and we can pick out at least 10 of them that he didn't - including not disinfecting our system and leaving garbage around. Save yourself the hassle and hire a reputable duct cleaning service for your home."

The customer service was fantastic. The store is so huge that when I asked for help I was accompanied by the clerk and shown to the correct area
