Staff is very rude. Not helpful at all. Thank god groceries stores are sell beer.

Ever wondered what it was like to buy beer in 1950's era Russia? Well you can experience that cold, austere atmosphere by visiting this throw-back. Bringing back empties? Make sure you sort your returns outside, lest you get barked at by staff. Do you have stale beer, wine, and liquor running down your arm after this exercise? Prepare for shrugs when you inquire about getting a paper towel. Overall a miserable experience.

What a coincidence that yet another person is leaving a review about the horrible customer service at this place. That blonde girl is so rude and it’s not the first time. I just had dental work done and my whole face is numb so I could hardly speak at cash out. When she said have a good day I didn’t bother responding because of my face and she rudely said “I’ll have a good day too thanks”. Last time I was here she told me to hurry up, and the time before that she wouldn’t accept my ID because she said it didn’t look like me. Why does she still have a job here after so many people have complained about her. This is seriously my last time coming here.

I usually have a good experience at this store. I took back my empties yesterday. I told the man who worked there by sign that I was Deaf. I could still see his lips moving so I pointed to my ears. He seemed very angry and exasperated. He then screamed at me and was really angry. I used my voice and I said “don’t scream at me”! I’m Deaf! He continued talking to which I saw his lips still moving but by then I had no interest to understand anything he was saying. The staff member was so ignorant. I feel like I need to go to another store to return empties and buy beer but then why should I? He is clearly the one with the problem.

Always fast and efficient when the Meaghan is working!!! Not only is she super friendly the reason we are friends now is because she is outgoing attentive and made me feel like I was more then just a customer!!! Thanks to her the store runs smoothly and when she isn't working it's noticeable. The other staff are nice but because of there lack ofawareness of inventory unorganized and not aware of the stock so customers are left waiting for them to come back and not have what the buyer wants. Meaghan is always aware and super helpful!!! She's top shelf for sure!!!

I created an account so I'd be able to order hard to get beer and pick it up when it came in, only to find that the ordering system for pickup or delivery is only for product that is currently in stock. Doesn't make sense. I should be able to place an order, then pick it up when it comes in, like every other online ordering system

Rude! Rude rude rude!!! I have never felt so rejected by an establishment the way I felt with this place. I have not been out due to the pandemic and a personal illness. I went in to pick up singles and the cashier was dismissive when I asked about COVID restrictions. She rushed me to make a purchase I did not want to make. I walked out with a 6 pack of Steam whistle (the only thing I could think of). The 6 pack is still sitting in my fridge because my significant other doesn’t drink it. I feel like these people literally stole my money. I hope they can learn the value of good customer service in the future. I also urge others to speak up. They don’t deserve our money if they can’t at least grant safety and respect. Speak up!

Was yelled at for pulling in front off the venue before I was out of my vehicle. Girlfriend was going to wait in the car until she heard the abuse. Once inside the employee told my girlfriend how she was sorting the empties wrong. Been going to the same beerstore for about 25 years. Never a problem. I spoke up and asked when she bought the store. She didn't like the remarks. Told us to leave with our money. As another patron pulled up front where I was yelled at and was servedHuh. Second time I've seen her working at sherman n Mohawk. Wouldn't let an older gentleman park there before me. I hope you have video. Terrible treatment of customers. Incident was 12/08/20. Between 7pm n 8pm. Something should be done. Extremely rude behavior. Thank you.
