I’ve been coming here since high school after Susan saved my eyebrows and my infected ear piercing. I’ll never go anywhere else! They’re always professional and kind, the space is ALWAYS clean and the service is amazing. If you’re not sure what to do with your face you can trust them to help you figure it out.

i wasn’t going to write a review about this but the more i think about it the more it doesn’t sit right with me.so i got my third lobe piercings here a couple weeks ago. overall it was a good experience actually getting them done. what i didn’t like is what happened before that.everywhere on their website and social media it says appointments recommended, not required. so i decided to walk in, understanding that they might be all booked up. i walk in and i’m behind another person also getting ear piercings and the woman working (i don’t know her name) asked if there’s anything she can help me with, i asked if they take walk ins, she told me no. and she acted as if she was incredibly busy, stating that she had to pierce the woman’s ears in front of me, then she had people coming in at 3:30 (it was 2:30 at that time), then she was leaving and her coworker was coming in. i have multiple piercings and i know it doesn’t take long to do it. she wouldn’t help me because she had to do someone else and she had another customer coming in an hour later… on top of that she said that her co coworker was also very busy and the only appointment time available was 5:00. i booked it and had to wander around the mall for 2.5 hours waiting. as i was waiting i walked past the store a couple times and the woman working was doing nothing. it just seems like the first employee i spoke to had the time to do it for me but she just didn’t want to, and then exaggerated how busy she and her next coworker were. i literally went to my 5:00 appointment at 4:45 and left before 5:00. it doesn’t take longer that 10 mins to do piercings i don’t understand why i had to wait 2.5 hours because she was lazy.the woman who ended up actually piercing my ears was very nice and she was great.

I took my teenage daughter to have her ears pierced. Susan was extremely attentative to us throughout our visit. She took the time to explain in detail how the process would go and to answer my and my daughter's questions. My daughter was initially nervous, but Susan's professional manner and obvious level of experience made my daughter feel more relaxed. The procedure was done smoothly with attention to fine detail, specifically the precise and symmetrical placement of the piercings. This location had been recommended to us by a friend who had taken all her daughters to have their ears pierced here over the years, and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and we are very pleased with the results!

Called them to ask for help today since I got a few lobe piercings a while ago and there were not many piercing places close by. When I called the lady - right away insisted she couldn't hear me. Then when I politely told her my concern with not being able to take out my piercing (I needed advice and perhaps I could purchase a solution or anything to help) she promptly asked if I got the piercings there. Once I told her no, she immediately said she can only offer help if I received my piercings there. That is not always possible with everyone and wasn't the case for me, but I expected at least a bit of respect even if it was over the phone.Every time I go to Promenade Mall the employees are rude and with tons of attitude for no reason. I remember I entered a clothing store last I was there and politely with a smile asked if I could use a fitting room (instead of just barging in) and she told me I'm supposed to wait and ask her as if I'm 5 years old (after I was waiting 10 min for her to even answer me)....uhhh I did ask and she didn't even answer -she could see me and even turned my way. It's called communication and apparently to her it only works when she talks (whenever that may be) and I have to just listen to her absolute authority". I left the store after but I should've left earlier.I actually called another place that was a little further away from me and they gave me solid advice even if I did NOT get my piercings from them. They offered the best solutions for my situation and even gave me the option of coming that day to receive more help even though she was already busy and getting ready to leave. THAT is customer service. Not whatever that phone call with the staff at Caryl Baker Visage at Promenade Mall was. I won't step inside and I won't recommend this store to anyone. Thanks!"

We got my 10 month old daughter's ears pierced here. Mitra and Susan were incredible! They were so patient, sweet and quick!! My daughter cried for less than a minute and they pierced the ears at the exact same time and measured the lobes to make sure the holes were symmetrical. Can't thank them enough!!

Such an amazing waxing eyebrows experience! Susan assisted me amazing and did a great job getting my eye brows back to how they used to be. I was nervous I wasn’t able to get them back as the place prior messed them up but Susan did an outstanding job! I recommend everyone to go to her ! I’ll be back !

i went to this place back in october for a nose piercing since i heard great reviews on it, it was horrible. The service was bad and the people were so disrespectful. personally i had such a bad experience with them. The day I got my nose pierced it closed up and I had to go back the next day and spend another 85$ plus tax. when i went it i was being yelled at and accused saying it was my fault that it closed up. I don't recommend this place.

I went there for my daughter's ear piercing hand, and I has so so happy for how they deal with my baby. The lady who helped me the most made my day (on the receipt it says that her name is Mitra). She sang to my little daughter, and talked to her so nice. You can see on her that she loves babies. My daughter was all smiles. Both ladies who did my daughter's ear piercing were amazing. I recommend this place.

Had my 9YO daughters ears pierced by Mitra at the Promenade location. Mitra was very kind and professional. She took the time to make sure the studs were lined up evenly and gave a lot of reassurance to my nervous daughter. Highly recommend Mitra!
