Memorable Maids

Very disappointed by the second experience(I gave 5 stars for my previous experience(see review below), and this time 3 for the cleaning and 0 for the customer service).As photos show bathtub stains were not removed, dust under the bed frame, sofa, and carpets was not cleaned, and the stove plate was not cleared. Not sure if it's too much for us to expect these things taken care of. However, these areas except the living room part were well cleaned for the first time.The team of 3 this time arrived around 10:18 am (booked for 10 am) and left at 11:03 am in a rush. We didn’t have a chance to check the job, say bye to them nor did they provide us with a paper report like last time (indicating what areas were cleaned and team name). This team was different from the team last time and their work quality was far from the last team.We reached out to customer service about it. They came back quickly about the 30-minute arrival window to account for any traffic delays, as well as the total cleaning time (3ppl*45min more than 2ppl*60min as we booked). We were okay with the explanation, though they suggested we book longer sessions if we found it not enough. Why should we book longer sessions if we were expecting the same service with the same team as the first time?As for the cleaning quality issue, they asked us to send pictures over. Unfortunately, no more replies after we sent the pictures over. We doubt how they market themselves If you’re not happy with your cleaning

5 stars for memorable maids! they did an excellent job with my move in clean and showed me some things i would not have noticed on my own. i really appreciate how accommodating and friendly they were.

I’m very happy with the quality of cleaning from Memorable Maids!Team Kath was fabulous! On time, efficient, super friendly and even included some special touches. Their work was fantastic and I appreciate how courteous and professional the team of three wonderful ladies was.They went over and above, highly recommended.

We went with a clean from Memorable Maids as a one off, hoping to have a clean slate before continuing to maintain our house ourselves. We were VERY impressed by the service! Kat's team cleaned my home as if it were her own. The attention to detail and consideration of how we use our home was well beyond my expectations. They even replaced the foil we had under the kitchen burners.Within 2.5 hours, their team of 3 cleaned more than I could over the course of a week. I would really recommend their service and will be booking again!I was working from home at the time, and I could also hear them casually chatting with my attention hungry cat, which was also very nice!

Absolutely blown away by Memorable Maids, Kath and Elvin. Left my house looking spotless, got to every nook and cranny in the rooms and bathrooms. Bedroom sheets were changed, grime in the bathroom tub corners were completely removed, light fixtures were dusted. Service was beyond my expectations. A detailed checklist accounting all the areas cleaned was provided. Very professional, would recommend to anyone looking for detailed cleaning services.

Wow! What a spectacular job done on our home. Once we moved in we decided that we needed the house cleaned entirely from top to bottom. I came across memorable maids and booked very easily online. It was painless to book and all questions or concerns are covered on their website. The maids showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I dont think they missed a single inch. We started using Memorable Maids after our twin babies became toddlers and we had less time to keep our home as clean and tidy as we are accustomed. We tried and then cancelled two other cleaning services, and once we discovered Memorable Maids we were thrilled with the quality of their service and attention to detail in comparison to the others. They are extremely thorough and professional and we find that they do a much better job of cleaning our home than we can do ourselves, which is so important to us when investing in this type of service. Their booking process and customer service is also convenient and professional. We look forward to every cleaning and are consistently delighted and relieved when we return home. Thank you so much for the help and happiness you bring these parents of three very busy little ones!

Very impressed with the house cleaning service by the Memorable Maids we received! We were renting a unit here in Vancouver, BC and we hired them for a move-in cleaning and they did such a detailed and professional cleaning! We have setup bi-weekly cleanings with them now and look forward to them taking care of our rental home while we are here in the city.

The cleaners sent by Memorable maids were absolutely fantastic! They were very Energetic and friendly while doing such a tremendous job throughly cleaning my home. They came within the time frame window booked, were very good at communicating with my wife and i. The customer service they provided (both over the phone and in person) were both second to none.Overall we are totally satisfied with the services we received and definitely will be booking again real soon!!
