TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

You can’t access their ATMs. The hours on the door and on the side of the building also they open at 8 o’clock today and the only place and it says different is online that they’ve updated it five days ago but you think that they could put a sign on their door. Also how come they don’t have two doors were you still can’t access the ATMs. Super stupid

On May 21 2020 I deposited $700 (new $20 bills) into the ATM inside on the left. The machine gave me a $280.00 deposit slip printout. I went inside to have a manager look into this as I was crying and upset. I have been with them for 3 years. The teller deposited $420 into my account. I had a portion to pay of my overdraft. I was told they would open an investigation. May 25 2020 $420 was withdrawn from my account. I went in and spoke to them and they said my claim was denied. I asked for a sit down with the management and did not get that. Please do not load new bills into their ATM machine! I have not received any emails, calls or anything from them. I did get a email from the TD obudsman asking me to sign papers so they investigate my claim and I am to accept their final decision. I am on disability and $300 was from the extra money from the government for people on disability. It was taken from me. I contacted the MLA, financial services, TD Bank fraud department (supposed claim that does not exist), news, complaint department, etc. No one will listen Where is video of me putting money in? Where is the $420 that exceeded the ATM machine funds for May 21 2020. Even if you need service, do not use their atm, watch your bank statements and consider changing banks please.

I strongly, STRONGLY advise you to avoid this branch like the plague. The service is terrible (worst in any industry, hands down), the people are incompetent (the ones I dealt with), and their availability and response time is virtually nonexistent. It will feel like they are actively doing everything within their power to derail your deal because of how bad they are at their job.Whether it is applying for a mortgage or simply taking out a line of credit, they will make multiple mistakes every step of the process. I recently switched bank accounts.. I set up a cheques account online, was super easy and convenient! They sent me a bank card then a few days later a pin number .. at the ATM I accidentally got the pin wrong 3 times(as I forgot my paper at home) no problem, would just go in when the bank was open. Figured they needed a photo copy of my picture ID.. the man helping was so incredibly rude ! Wouldn't even touch my DL (like it was covered in toxic waste) he asked me to flip it over! maybe because I'm a white women ! After signing the last paper he snatched it up and said bye ... not do you have any.quetions in regards to your new accountOr how about HAVE A GOOD DAY!!! I'm considering going else where, look at your reviews! I think your employees need to go back to kindergarten and learn some manners! If you enjoy being treated like trash then this is the place for you!

Won't waste my time at this bank again. Waste of my gas money and time. Giving me different reasons as to why they wanna hold my cheque. No straight answers and no help at all.

I live out of town and made an appointment at this location for a specific purpose of needing a family member there. When I made the appointment I was direct and specific about my reasoning for the appointment and what I needed. The advisor wanted to go in a completely different direction and I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted and that her advise was not relevant at all to my needs. It also took her 20 mins just to set up her laptop to start the appointment. I called 5 days later inquiring about what I went in for only to be told that management didn’t approve it, but I had a family member there to have just their info. They didn’t bother letting me know. There was so much misunderstanding in their part and they didn’t even try to remedy their errors. They simply apologized and I had to do all the work and phone in to customer service to get things fixed.DONT GO HERE. THE LOCATION DOWNTOWN US MUCH MORE EXPERIENCED!

I went to get my 2020 credit statements that I wasn't able to access online. They said in order to get them, I would need to get them printed out and it would cost $15 because they're trying to be 'eco-friendly'. The irony in this greenwashing and capitalistic thing to do to charge $15 to gain access to something that they could've sent me for free online or via email but they wanted to make it inaccesible online so that they can charge $15 to see my own credit statements. Not to mention printing off papers has never been anymore than $0.10 at a print shop. The manager handled things poorly. The clerk was nice and patient with me considering this wasn't her fault, but the manager should've done what they could to make sure I left with having access to my own credit card statements free of charge.Took an hour of my time and I ended up crying and having to go to another TD branch who processed my request right away for free.

ATM not open if the bank is closed. Pre-Covid this branch was open 8-8 and now it is only open 9-6. If you are going to be a TD customer and you have a job, you had better make sure you never need to physically go into the branch

Oh boy where to I begin. Multiple trips to this bank to set up a Joint account with an elderly parent. I would recommend NO one open an account at this particular branch as they make all TD Banks look bad!

I had a great experience at this TD branch. I arrived late before they closed to setup some new accounts and was assisted promptly. During the setup of my accounts the assistant was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. I felt reassured that all my banking options had been taken care of and I am excited to do business here for many years to come. Definitely recommend!
