Sélection Retraite Waldorf

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Had my mother stay there years ago the service was horrible unless you are able to care for yourself. I had to pay round the clock help to stay with her on top of the 6k rent per month.The people staying there are mostly Candian background, my mother was of Europeean background. I cannot forget at Hannukah when I came to see her she wanted to offer me a potato latke. She knew I was exhausted caring for both her and my father at that time., and loved her potato latkes. In my family background there was always an abundance of food at our home to offer guests especially holiday time. My mother was so embarassed when they told me there is none left during the lunch hour and everyone ate. She loves to offer people food and it really made her upset. I myself was shocked how shallow the Waldorf that charges high fees ,had no class to make extra potato pancakes( a food so cheap to even make). , to at least offer the visitors coming to see their family. Not a recommended place with people of European culture who are humble and giving.
