I came in wanting to buy two pairs of glasses. I waited patiently for Moon to finish serving the customer before me. I was not helped at all when it came to choosing appropriate frames. When Moon started helping me she stopped mid way through to serve another customer leaving me sitting there for 30 minutes. Just very unprofessional to start working with a customer and leave them for someone more “important”

Fatima has been incredibly helpful with all of my contacts/glasses needs. She is an incredible listener and always has an answer or solution to my questions/concerns. I used to live in Richmond Hill and have moved Downtown Toronto and still drive an hour each way just to ensure my contacts and glasses are helped with by her as every place I've been to Downtown Toronto just doesn't compare to the service Fatima has and continues to provide me.
