I recently had the pleasure of using Urban Automotive services and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise they displayed. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Mike and Derek who made me feel at ease. Now my car is running better than ever. I can't recommend Urban highly enough. I was an off the street customer, immediately upon entering Urban Automotive I was greeted in a pleasant and professional manner. Even though my request was for a minor repair, I was scheduled for next day service and it was completed in a timely manner with no delays. They also provided an email with a Courtesy Inspection which I thought showed me their level of service. Overall, a very good experience and as I mentioned to the owner, I'll be bringing all our vehicles there for future repairs/service.

It was nice to be treated like a long time customer my first visit. Friendly and up front with pricing. I requested an oil change and brake check, and they quickly respond with an estimate. I knew my brakes needed replacing and was quoted a very resonable price for 4 rotors and top quality parts. Also a warranty. If you are in need of a quality shop please check out this location. Check the reviews and you will see customer satisfaction.

First time taking my car to Urban, and I wish I found them a long time ago. Derek and his team identified major and minor issues, and performed the necessary work. It's been a few weeks now, but wanted to let the fine folks at Urban know that the work they did on my Toyota SUV has worked out great - no more engine misfires or rear end shuddering at high speeds. These guys were great, they laid out what needed to be done and what should be done but I could hold off on (and the accompanying descriptions WITH pictures are a first for me and something I think every mechanic should provide). Overall nice people to deal with, super communicative and work completed in a professional manner.

Very thorough report on my car’s health, with photos and a clear and easy red yellow green rating system to indicate how urgently various repairs are needed, with a range of repair quotes and a no pressure approach to fixes. I liked the customer service and the mood of the shop, and appreciated the honesty about timing of work and return of my vehicle. Was it the cheapest quote I got for the work? No. Did I leave feeling satisfied and confident that the repairs were done well? Yes. Would recommend, especially if you need a level set on a car where you don’t know the full maintenance history.

We ordered tires online and had them delivered to the shop for them to install. Amazing prices on tires and we had nothing to worry about they took care of everything. The customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend there service.

Visited Urban Automotive this week, I was so impressed by the quality of service, the team is fantastic. I walked in with so many issues and a few hours later all my repairs were done and my car pristine. Top Notch customer service, the diagnostic was extremely detailed, highly professional and the cost is absolutely reasonable. Thanks to Mike and his amazing team for a job well done. I'll be back soon !
